No. 146- SW(4)-2020 - In partial modification of Haryana Government Notification bearing No. 124-SW(4)- 2012, dated 23rd February, 2012, Notification No. 292-SW(4)-2014, dated 5th August, 2014, Notification No. 865-SW(4)-2015 dated 31st August, 2015, Notification No. 247-SW(4)-2016 dated 14th March, 2016 and Notification No. 1474 - SW(4)-2019 dated 6th November, 2019 the Governor of Haryana is pleased to include the following Non-Official Members in the State Level Committee for implementation of the Prime Minister's New-15 Point Programme for the Welfare of Minorities and the Pradhan Mantri Jan Vikas Karyakram in Minority Concentration Districts in the State:-
1. Sh. Laxman Napa, MLA Ratia

(1223) 1224 HARYANA GOVT. GAZ., MAR. 17, 2020 (PHGN. 27, 1941 SAKA) [PART-I The functions of the Committee shall be as under :–
(i) Review & monitor progress of the Prime Minister's New - 15 Point Programme.
(ii) To consider & recommended to Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India, New Delhi the proposals under the Multi-Sectoral Development Plans for the Minority Concentration Blocks.
(iii) Review & monitor the implementation of the progress Multi-Sectoral Development Plans for the Minority Concentration Blocks.
(iv) Ensure that quarterly progress reports on Prime Minister's New-15 Points Programme & Multi - Sectoral Development Plans for Minority Concentration Blocks are sent to Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India by the 15th day of the next quarter.
The Committee will meet at least once in a quarter.
