भू-राजस्व प्रशासनिक रिपोर्ट वर्ष 2016-17 (01-10-2016 से 30-09-2017) की समीक्षा

1. वर्ष 2016-2017 के दौरान फसलों की स्थिति अच्छी रही थी। इसी प्रकार किसानों की वित्तीय स्थिति भी तसल्लीबख्श/अच्छी रही थी।
2. इस वर्ष पशुओं में किसी प्रकार की महामारी नहीं हुई और इसी तरह प्राकृतिक आपदा बाढ़, ओलावृष्टि का राज्य के कुछ हिस्सों में प्रकोप रहा ।
3. वर्ष 2016-2017 के दौरान नियत भू-राजस्व, भू-राजस्व (वेरिएबल), अन्य भू-राजस्व तथा कोअरसिव साधनों से वसूली निम्न प्रकार रही :-

4. रिर्पोटाधीन वर्ष के दौरान राज्य के 4877368 हैक्टे. कुल क्षेत्र मे से 4191918 हैक्टे. क्षेत्र कृषि अधीन रहा। इसी प्रकार 323717.648 हैक्टे. कुल मोर्टगेज क्षेत्र के विरूद्ध 323406.648 हैक्टे. क्षेत्र कृषि अधीन था।
5. वर्ष 2016-17 के दौरान भूमि उपहार 4101.7 हैक्टे, बिक्रय 117371 हैैक्टे. बयनामा 14528 हैक्टे., बन्धक 26385 हैक्टे. औसत बन्धक 11693854166/-हैक्टे. तथा औसत बिक्रय 70931578043/-प्रति हैक्टे. भूमि के मालकाना हक तबदील किये गये।
6. रिर्पोटाधीन वर्ष में 1768.34196 एकड़, 43 मरला भूमि का जन उद्देश्यों के लिए अधिग्रहण किया गया तथा भू-स्वामियों को 62768962034/-रूपये मुआवजा दिया गया।
1 केस में 2 मुजारों को 1 एकड़ भूमि से बेदखल करने के आदेश पारित हुए।
11. रिर्पोटाधीन वर्ष में हरियाणा व उत्तर प्रदेश की सीमा बारे 32 की कार्यवाही जारी है तथा गांव बडोली में चकबन्दी अधीन रकबे की कब्जा कार्यवाही पूर्ण हो चुकी है। उत्तर प्रदेश की सीमा गौतम बुद्ध नगर अलीगढ़ और मथुरा और दिल्ली राज्य।
12. रिर्पोटाधीन वर्ष में भूमि सुधार कर्जा एक्ट. 19 आफ 1983 साधारण, अधिक अन्न उपजाओं, सी डी/एन ई एस के तहत कर्जों की स्थिति निम्न प्रकार रही :- साधारण 1. वर्ष के प्रारम्भ में देय तकावी ऋण = शून्य 2. वर्ष के दौरान दिया गया तकावी ऋण = शून्य = शून्य 3. कुल देय राशि = शून्य 4. वसूल की गई राशि = शून्य 5. माफ की गई राशि 6. बकाया राशि = शून्य 7. बतौर ब्याज वसूल की जाने वाली राशि = शून्य = शून्य 8. वसूल की गई राशि = शून्य 9. माफ की गई राशि 10. बकाया राशि = शून्य अधिक अन्न उपजाऊ

1. During the year 2016-17 the position of various crops in the State was good. Likewise the Financial position of the farmers was also remained satisfactory/good.
2. No epidemic in the cattle was reported in the State. Likewise , there was no effect of any natural calamities like flood, draught, hailstorm etc. in the State during the year under report.
3. During the year 2016-17 the position regarding the balance of fixed land Revenue, Land Revenue (Variable) other Land Revenue and Land Revenue recovered through coercive measures, remained as under:-

Coercive orders were got served through Circle Revenue Officers/Tehsil Peons.
5. During the year 2016-17 various cases of transfer of ownership were effected due to gift 4101.7 hect., Sale 117371hect., Mortgage 14528 hect., and Redemption 26385 hect., The average Mortgage amount remained as Rs. 11693854166/-hect. and average sale price was Rs.70931578043 /- per hect.
6. During the year under report 1768.34196 Acre 0 Kanal 43 Marla land was acquired for various public purposes and an amount of Rs. 62768962034 was paid as compensation to the land owners.
7. During the year under report 9 Villages were affected due to sand.
8. During the year under report no Burdi and Baramadgi was ejected.
9. During the year under report no persons were ejected from Govt. land.
10. Under the Punjab Security of Land (Sec. 14 A read with 9/7) of Pepsu Tenancy & Agriculture Land Act, 1955 in 1 case ejectment orders were passed in which 2 tenants were involved and the area involved was 1 Acre.
11. Brief account of inter State Disputed occurred during the year. There is no boundary disputes on district level in this year. The boundary of Baghpat District (U.P.) persists on the East side of Yamuna River. The Dixit award has been implemented now and also implemented in the Revenue Record of this District. Work of Consolidation of land under dixit award in village Badoli is completed. Uttar Pradesh Boundary (Gautam Budh Nagar, Aligarh & Mathura) and Delhi State.
12. The position regarding Land Reclamation Loan Act 19 of 1983, grow more food, CD/NES was as under:-
