क्रमांक 2858/20R.— चूंकि हरियाणा के राज्यपाल को यह प्रतीत होता है कि लोक हित में निम्नलिखित भूमि ड्रेन नं० 1 (छोटी यमुना) को ड्रेन नं० 2 से जोडने के लिए भूमिगत पाईपलाईन द्वारा आर डी० 37320 से 50120 तक गावं चौरा व बसी अकरबुर मलिकपुर गडियन और जमालपुर तहसील घरौण्डा जिला करनाल में भूमिगत पाईपलाईन बिछाने के लिए आवश्यक है तथा भूमि जिसका विवरण साथ में संलग्न है जिसके अधीन उक्त भूमिगत पाईपलाईन बिछाई जानी प्रस्तावित की गई है जिसमें उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन करना आवश्यक है ।

इसलिए, अब हरियाणा भूमिगत पाईपलाईन (भूमि में उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन) अधिनियम 2008 (2008 का अधिनियम नं० 31) की धारा 3, उपधारा (i) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुऐ हरियाणा के राज्यपाल इसके द्वारा साथ में सलग्ंन विशिष्टियाँं में वर्णित उक्त भूमि पर उपयोग व अधिकार का अर्जन करने का आश्य घोषित करते हैं। पूर्वोक्त धारा द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुऐ हरियाणा के राज्यपाल इस समय इस कार्य में लगे जिला राजस्व अधिकारी एंव भूमि अर्जन कलैक्टर करनाल को अपने सेवको तथा कर्मकारों सहित प्रवेश तथा सर्वेक्षण करने तथा उस धारा द्वारा अपेक्षित या अनुज्ञात अन्य कार्य करने के लिए इस के द्वारा प्राधिकृत करते है ।

No. 2858/20R.— Whereas, it appears to the Governor of Haryana that the land specified below is needed by the Government in public interest for laying underground pipeline for connecting Main drain No.1 (Chhoti Yamuna) to Main Drain No.2 from RD 37320 to 50120 under Haryana Act No. 31 of 2008 pertaining to the villages Choura, Bassi Akbarpur, Malikpur Gadiyan, Jamalpur in Tehsil Gharaunda Distt. Karnal and it is necessary to acquire land under right of user in land, of which the descriptions is attached where the said underground pipe line is to be laid.

Now, therefore in exercise of powers conferred by Sub-section (i) of Section 3 of the Haryana underground pipe lines (Acquisition of right of User in Land), Act, 2008 (Act No. 31 of 2008), the Governor of Haryana hereby notify its intention to acquire the right of user over the said Land described with specifications attached.

In exercise of powers conferred by the aforesaid section, the Governor of Haryana here by authorizes the District Revenue Officer-cum-Land Acquisition Collector, Karnal with their servants and work men, for the time being engaged in the under taking, to enter upon and survey the land in the locality and to all other Acts required as permitted by that section.

Land document under Sub-section (i) of Section 3 of the Haryana underground pipe lines (Acquisition of right of User in Land), Act, 2008 (Act No. 31 of 2008) has been approved by the Additional Chief Secretary to Govt. of Haryana , Irrigation & Water Resources Department, Chandigarh vide Memo No. 28/244/2019-7-I W dated 06.12.2019.

Any person interested in land described in (copy attached), who has any objection to the acquisition of the right of user in land for laying of the underground pipe lines, may, with in a period of twenty one days from the publication of this notification in the Official Gazette or in two daily newspapers circulating in the locality, of which at least one shall be in the regional language or publicity in the locality whichever is later, file an objection, if any, in writing before the District Revenue Officer-cum-Land Acquisition Collector, Karnal or Executive Engineer, Indri W/S Division, Karnal who are authorized as the competent authority by the State Government under clause(a) of Section 2 of the said Act, notified vide Haryana Government, Law and Legislative Department, Notification No. Leg 33/2008 Dated 06 October 2008.

The maps of the land may be inspected in the office of the District Revenue Officer-Cum- Land Acquisition Collector, Karnal or in the office of Executive Engineer Indri W/S Division, Karnal.
