संख्या 11/जी०एस०टी०-2.- हरियाणा माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 19) की धारा 9 की उपधारा (1) और धारा 15 की उपधारा (5) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, परिषद्‌ की सिफारिशों पर, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा सरकार, आबकारी तथा कराधान विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 35/एसटी-2, दिनांक 30 जून, 2017 में निम्नलिखित संषोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्‌ः-

हरियाणा सरकार, आबकारी तथा कराधान विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 35/एसटी-2, दिनांक 30 जून, 2017 में, सारणी में,- क. अनुसूची II 6% में, (i) क्रम संख्या 242 और उसके सामने प्रविष्टियों का लोप कर दिया जाएगा; ख. अनुसूची IV- 14% में, क्रम संख्या 228 और उसके सामने प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और उसके सामने प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्‌:-

2. यह अधिसूचना प्रथम मार्च, 2020 से लागू होगी ।

The 12th March, 2020

No. 11/GST-2.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section-9 and Sub-section (5) of Section-15 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No. 35/ST-2, dated the 30th June, 2017, namely:-

Amendment

In the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No.35/ST-2, dated the 30th June, 2017,-

A. in Schedule II - 6%, serial number 242 and entries thereagainst shall be omitted;

B. in Schedule IV - 14%, for serial number 228 and entries thereagainst, the following serial number and

2. This notification shall come into force on the 1st day of March, 2020.
