No. 557-Agri.II-(1)-2020/1714.—The Governor of Haryana is pleased to constitute a State Project Monitoring Unit (SPMU) for implementation and monitoring of National Hydrology Project in the State with the following composition:–

| 2. | Hydrologist, Ground Water Cell, A&FW, Haryana | Member |
| 3. | Water Development Specialist, Ground Water Cel, A&FW, Haryana | Member |
| 4. | Representative from Central Ground Water Board, Chandigarh | Member |
| 5. | Sectional Officer, A&FW, Haryana | MIS Expert |
| 6. | Technical Assistant, Ground Water Cell, A&FW, Haryana | Procurement Officer |
| 7. | Account Officer, A&FW, Haryana. | Accounting Officer |
| 8. | Chief Hydrologist Ground Water Cell, Agriculture & Farmers Welfare Deptt., Haryana. | Nodal Officer |
The committee will provide policy direction for effective implementation and monitoring of the project as per guidelines issued by Govt. of India from time to time. The headquarter of the committee will be at Directorate of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, Haryana, Sector-21, Panchkula, the tenure of the committee is for 5 years or till the completion of the project and the committee may co-opt any other member if necessary. Also in later stage Project Coordinator of the committee may change duties assigned for the officers of committee.
