No. 1/10/2017-1PP.— In continuation of the order issued vide No. 1/10/2017-1PP, dated 23.02.2017, The Governor of Haryana is pleased to constitute a Publication Committee under the Chairmanship of Sh. Prashant Bhardwaj, Deputy Chairman of Haryana Sarasvati Heritage Development Board consisting of following members to preparation and publishing of books, journals, monographs and reports etc :-

Omposition:-
Term of Reference: To advise the Board with regard to preparation and publishing of Books, Periodicals, Magazines, Journals etc. for dissemination of information on Saraswati River Heritage in the State.
Nature of Scope:- To Support research documents, compile research papers, publication of Books, journals, monographs and reports etc. pertaining to Saraswati Heritage and to develop and publish books and bookletsa in different languages for student readership pertaing to Saraswati Heritage.
Tenure:- The tenure of the Committee will be three years from the date of its notification.
Meeting and Quorum:- Committee shall meet every three months or any time as chairman decides. Quorum of the committee shell be six.
Office and Expenses: Office space shall be provided by HSHBD for the meeting. Expenses related to Committee meeting shall be borne by HSHDB. Member shall be provided travel expenses (at rates admissible to Grade-I officers of Government of Haryana) for Committee meetings.
Local hospitality charges in respect of Non-Official Members will be borne by Haryana Sarswati Heritage Development Board.
