संख्या 18/69/2020-3क1.— हरियाणा नगर पालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियमावली, 1977 के नियम-9 के उपबन्धों के अनुसरण में तथा इस सम्बन्ध में पूर्व में जारी सभी आदेषों/अधिसूचनाओं को निरस्त करते हुये, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल इसके द्वारा नगर पालिका, सिसाय, जिला-हिसार के वार्डो के परिसीमन हेतु निम्नलिखित प्रस्ताव उन व्यक्तियाें की जानकारी हेतु प्रकाषित करते हैं, जिनको इसके प्रभावित होने की सम्भावना है।

इसके द्वारा नोटिस दिया जाता है कि इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र मे प्रकाषन की तिथि से 10 दिन की अवधि समाप्ति पर या इसके पष्चात्‌ सरकार, ऐसे आक्षेपों अथवा सुझावों, यदि कोई हो, जो अपर मुख्य सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग/महानिदेषक, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय, हरियाणा, पंचकुला द्वारा उपायुक्त, हिसार के माध्यम से किसी व्यक्ति से प्रस्ताव के सम्बन्ध में इस प्रकार की विनिर्दिष्ठ अवधि की समाप्ति से पूर्व प्राप्त किये जायें, विचार करेगी।

सीमाओं की अनुसूची

वार्ड नंबर 01 :- नगर पालिका की सीमा (लौहारी रोड जहाँ से मिलता है) से प्रारम्भ होकर दक्षिण दिशा से चलते हुए राजेश पुत्र धर्मपाल के मकान से बस स्टैंड की तरफ जाते हुए रामकुमार पुत्र जागेराम के मकान से होते हुए जयबीर पुत्र रिसाल सिंह के मकान तक। उसके बाद पष्चिम की और चलते हुए खेल के मैदान से होते हुए उत्तर की तरफ चलते हुए डाटा मसुदपुर रोड की कैंची से डाटा रोड पर —ष्ण के फार्म तक। इसके बाद पूर्व दिशा में लौहारी रोड जहा मिलता है जो की प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु है।

वार्ड नंबर 02 :- नगर पालिका की सीमा (लौहारी रोड जहां से मिलता है) से पूर्व दिशा की और चलते हुए जयबीर पुत्र जुगलाल के मकान तक। इसके बाद दक्षिण दिशा की ओर माढा रोड पर सीताखाखा की ढाणी से होते हुए हरदेवा पुत्र चतर सिंह के मकान तक। इसके बाद पष्चिम दिशा की तरफ लौहारी रोड पर अनाज मंडी तक। इसके बाद लौहारी रोड पर उत्तर की तरफ चलतेे हुए रघुबीर पुत्र सरजीत की दुकान तक। इसके बाद पष्चिम दिशा की ओर चलते हुए प्राथमिक पाठशाला तक। इसके बाद दक्षिण दिशा की ओर चलते हुए —ष्ण पुत्र हवा सिंह के मकान तक। इसके के बाद पष्चिम दिशा की तरफ रघुवीर पुत्र जिले सिंह के मकान से होते हुए सोसाइटी बैंक तक। इसके बाद उत्तर-पूर्व दिशा की तरफ जयवीर पुत्र रिसाल सिंह के मकान से होते हुए लौहारी बस स्टैंड तक। इसके बाद लौहारी रोड पर उतर दिशा की तरफ चलते हुए नगर पालिका सीमा तक जो कि प्रारम्भिक बिंदु है।

वार्ड नंबर 04 :- लौहारी रोड पर नीम ढोबा तालाब से शुरू होकर पष्चिम दिशा की तरफ सूरजमल पुत्र भरत सिंह के मकान से होते हुए बड़चोतरा तक। इसके बाद दक्षिण दिशा में बालमुकुंद पंडित की दुकान से होते हुए अनिल पुत्र प्रेम सिंह के मकान तक। इसके बाद पूर्व दिशा में चलकर रामकुमार पुत्र बनवारी लाल के मकान तक। इसके बाद उत्तर दिशा में टेकराम पुत्र प्र]लाद सिंह के मकान तक। उसके बाद पूर्व दिशा में धूपसिंह पुत्र रंगीराम के मकान तक। इसके बाद दक्षिण दिशा में राजेश पुत्र वीरू के मकान तक। इसके बाद पूर्व दिशा में लीलू राम के मकान तक। इसके बाद दक्षिण दिशा में —पा पुत्र बिदरी के मकान तक। इसके बाद पूर्व दिशा में लौहारी रोड पर राजेश पुत्र सज्जन सिंह के मकान तक। इसके बाद लौहारी रोड पर उत्तर दिशा की तरफ चलते हुए सिहाग चोतरा से होते हुए नीम ढोबा तलाब से पष्चिम दिशा की तरफ सूरजमल पुत्र भरत सिंह के मकान तक जो कि प्रारम्भिक बिंदु है।

वार्ड नंबर 05ः- बड़चोतरा पर रणसिंह जगल के मकान से दक्षिण दिशा में मेन गली से होते हुए होश्ाियार सिंह पुत्र शेरू के मकान तक। इसके बाद पष्चिम दिशा से चलकर मेन धर्मशाला तक। इसके बाद मेन धर्मशाला से उतर दिषा में चलकर दिलबाग पुत्र श्री इन्द्र सिहं के मकान तक। इसके बाद पूर्व की तरफ चलकर जयकुमार पुत्र चन्दर सिंह के मकान तक। इसके बाद उत्तर दिशा के ओम प्रकाश पुत्र सुरजन सिंह के मकान से होते हुए मैन गली से (—ष्ण जागर) लकड़ी की दुकान से होते हुए राजन चौपल तक। उसके बाद पूर्व दिशा में ओमवीर पुत्र चाहर सिंह के मकान से होते हुए राजवीर पुत्र बलवान सिंह के मकान तक। इसके बाद उत्तर दिशा में चलकर नाथूराम पुत्र शेर सिंह के मकान तक। इसके बाद उत्तर पूर्व दिशा से बड चोतरा तक जो की प्रारम्भ्ािक बिंदु है।

वार्ड नंबर 07ः- अनाज मंडी से पूर्व दिशा की तरफ चलते हुए शमशेर पुत्र चतर सिंह के मकान से होते हुए गुज्जर वाड़ा रास्ता पार कर नगरपालिका सीमा तक। इसके बाद दक्षिण दिशा में चलकर नगर पालिका सीमा के बिंदु तक। इसके बाद पष्चिम दिशा में चल पर गंगन खेडी रोड पार करते हुए सिसाय-हांसी रोड तक। उसके बाद उत्तर-पूर्व दिशा में सिसाय-हांसी रोड होते हुए सिसाय बस स्टैंड तक। इसके बाद पूर्व दिशा में लौहारी रोड पर रामकुमार पुत्र रामस्वरूप के मकान तक। उसके बाद उत्तर दिशा में राजेश पुत्र जयपाल के मकान तक। इसके बाद पूर्व दिशा में लौहारी रोड पर सोमी गिल की दुकान तक। इसके बाद लौहारी रोड पर उत्तर-पूर्व दिशा में अनाज मंडी तक जो कि प्रारम्भिक बिंदु है। वार्ड नंबर 08ः- सिसाय मैन बस स्टैंड से चलकर हांसी रोड पर नगर पालिका सीमा तक। उसके बाद पष्चिम की तरफ मुड़कर उत्तर दिशा की तरफ चलते हुए भाटला रोड पार करते हुये महजत रोड तक। इसके बाद दक्ष्ािण-पूर्व दिशा की तरफ चलते हुए मैहजत रोड़ पर SC चौपाल तक। इसके बाद दक्षिण दिशा की तरफ मैहजत रोड पर (फिरणी) चलते हुए मैन बस स्टैंड तक जो कि प्रारम्भिक बिंदु है।

वार्ड नंबर 09ः- सिसाय मेन बस स्टैंड से गांव की तरफ उत्तर-पूर्व दिशा में चलकर रोशन निडर की दुकान तक। इसके बाद उत्तर-पष्चिम दिशा की और चलकर प्रेम छिम्बी की दुकान से होते हुए राममेहर पुत्र कुडी राम के मकान तक। इसके बाद पष्चिम दिशा में चलकर सतीश पुत्र पृथ्थी के मकान तक। इसके बाद मैहजत रोड पर दक्षिण की ओर जाते हुए मैन बस स्टैंड तक जो कि प्रारम्भिक बिंदु है।

No. 18/69/2020-3C1.— In pursuance of the provision of Rule-9 of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Wards Rules, 1977 and in supersession of all previous orders/notifications issued in this behalf, the Governor of Haryana hereby publish the following proposal for the delimitation of the wards of Municipal Committee, Sisai for information of the persons likely to be affected thereby.

Notice is hereby given that the proposal will be taken into consideration by the Government on or after the expiry of period of 10 days from the date of publication of this order in the official gazette, together with objections and suggestions, if any, which may be received by the Additional Chief Secretary to Government Haryana, Urban Local Bodies Department/Director General, Urban Local Bodies, Haryana, Panchkula through Deputy Commissioner, Hisar from any person in respect of the proposal before the expiry of the period so specified :-

SCHEDULE OF BOUNDARIES

Ward No. 01 :- Starting from Limits of Municipal Committee (from where the Lohari road meets) walking from south direction going from the house of Rajesh son of Dharampal towards the bus stand passing through the house of Ramkumar son of Jageram till the house of Jaibir son of Risal Singh. After that walking towards west side crossing through the playground going towards the north side from Data Masudpur Road till farm of Krishna on the Data Road. After that in the east side where Lohari road meets which is the starting point.

Ward No.09:- From Sisai main bus stand towards the village in north-east side till shop of Roshan Nidar. After this in north west direction crossing shop of Prem Chhimbi till house of Ram Mehar son of Kuri Ram. After this in West Side till house of Satish son of Prithi. After this on Mehjat Road towards South till main bus stand which is the starting point.

Ward No.10:- From Dharmshala chowk to north side upto Khaati Darwaza. After this in east side till house of Jagdish son of Daria Singh. After this in north direction till house of Prakash Sarpanch. After that walking in the west direction passing through Keshunath Temple till the house of Joginder son of Pyare Lal on the Mehjat Road. After this walking in the north side on Mehjat Road till the SC Chopal on the Mehjat Road after that walking on the Mehjat Road towards the north west side till limits of Municipal Committee. After this walking in the north direction till limits of Municipal Committee. After this walking towards the east side crossing the Masoodpur road till Data Road. After this crossing Masoodpur Road in south side till Boosting station (Playground Chowk). After his walking in the east side till Kaliraman Primary School which is the starting point.
