Notification
The 30th March, 2020
No. 18/20/1996-3JJ(1).— The Governor of Haryana is pleased to withdraw the additional charge of the post of Chief Executive Officer of Haryana Waqf Board, Ambala Cantt. conferred upon Sh. Hanif Qureshi, IPS, Inspector General of Police, IRB, Bondsi, Gurugram vide the State Government notification dated 29.07.2016 (No. 18/20/1996-3JJ1) and further extended from time to time, with immediate effect.
2. Further, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 23 of The Waqf Act, 1995 and sub-section (1)(iii) of section 38 of the Haryana Waqf Rules, 2012, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to appoint Sh. Mohammad Shayeen, IAS, Managing Director, HPGCL & HVPNL, Panchkula as Chief Executive Officer of Haryana Waqf Board, Ambala Cantt., with immediate effect.
