No. Leg. 3/2020.— The following Act of the Leg islature of the State of Haryana received the assent of the Governor of Haryana on the 25th March, 2020 and is hereby published for general info rmation:-
HARYANA ACT NO. 3 OF 2020
THE HARYANA APPROPRIATION (NO. 2) ACT, 2020
AN
ACT
to authorize payment and appropriation of certain sums fro m and out of the
Consolidated Fund of the State of Haryana for the services during the
financial year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 2021.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Haryana in the Seventy-first Year of the
Republic o f India as follows:-
1. This Act may be called the Haryana Appropriation (No. 2) Act, 2020. Short title.
Issue of `159777,68,18,857/- out of Consolidated Fund of State of Haryan for the financial year 2020-21 2. Fro m and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Haryana, there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in colu mn 5 of the Schedule appended to this Act, amounting in the aggregate to the sum of one lakh, fifty nine thousand, seven hundred seventy seven crore, sixty eight lakh, eighteen thousand, eight hundred fifty seven rupees only (` 159777,68,18,857) towards defraying the several charges which will co me in the course of payment during the financial year 2020-21, in respect of the services specified in colu mn 2 of the said Schedule.
Appropriation 3. The sums authorized to be paid and applied fro m and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Haryana by this Act, shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the financial year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 2021.
