Notification
The 27th April, 2020
No. 32/3/2020-6HB-I.— The Governor of Haryana is pleased to incentivise the following staff engaged in addressing the situation arising out of COVID-19 by giving an additional amount of pay, equal to the basic pay of each employee concerned w.e.f. 1st April, 2020:-
A. Those working in isolation wards formed in Medical Colleges (whether government or private) and District Civil Hospitals for COVID-19 positive patients that have at least one such patient.
B. Those working in ICUs where COVID-19 positive patients are being taken care of.
C. Those involved in collection of samples from patients suspected to be suffering from COVID-19.
D. Those staff members who perform any kind of procedure on a COVID-19 positive patient for example caesarean section, normal delivery, any minor/ major surgery, care in case of any fracture/ injury etc. 2. Categories of staff eligible for the incentive are as follows:
I. Doctors (Senior Medical Officers/ Medical Officers, Intensivists)
II. Nurses (Nursing Sisters/ Staff Nurses)
III. Laboratory Technicians.
IV. ICU Technicians.
V. Class IV/ Safai Karamchari (Regular/ Contractual / Outsourced)
VI. Staff involved with transportation of the COVID patients.
VII. Ambulance staff and staff engaged in disposal of bodies.
3. This incentive amount is defrayed from the Haryana Corona Relief Fund.
