No. GA/03/2020/1907.— As per the Government instruction/Authorization issued vide letter No. 21/3/2000- 3JJ(1), dated 14th May, 2018. In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (i) Section 20 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, I, Sanjay Joon, IAS, Commissioner, Faridabad Division, Faridabad hereby appoints the following officers as Executive Magistrates during nCOVID-19 outbreak w.e.f. 28th April, 2020 to cope with the requirement of maintaining of Law & Order in Faridabad District in public interest:-
