संख्या 109/REG-253/Vol-IV.— विद्युत प्रदाय अधिनियम, 1948 की धारा 79 (सी) में निहित प्रावधानों की अनुपालना में दिनांक 15.03.1984 से 13.08.1998 तक यथा लागू तथा हरियाणा विद्युत सुधार अधिनियम, 1997 (1998 की हरियाणा अधिनियम संख्या 10) की धारा 56 (vi) में निहित प्रावधानों के साथ पठित, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल कार्यालय आदेष की तिथि से तत्कालीन हरियाणा राज्य बिजली बोर्ड की अधिसूचना संख्या 261/आरईजी-119/एल दिनांक 05.03.1998 के तहत जारी क्लीनरों/चालकों के संबंध में संषोधित भर्ती तथा पदोन्नति नीति में निम्नलिखित संषोधन को अधिसूचित करते हैं :-
विद्युत (प्रदाय) अधिनियम, 1948 की धारा-79 के खण्ड (सी) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों तथा इस संबंध में अन्य सभी सक्षम शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा राज्य बिजली बोर्ड एतदद्वारा अधिसूचना संख्या 162/आरईजी-119 दिनांक 09.03.1993 के तहत अधिसूचित क्लीनरों/चालकों के संबंध में संषोधित भर्ती तथा पदोन्नति नीति में निम्नलिखित संषोधन करता हैः-
(i) विनियम-2 का उप-विनियम 2.1 निम्न प्रकार प्रतिस्थापित किया तथा पढ़ा जाएगाः-
''चालकों के पद बोर्ड के क्लीनरों/अन्य श्रेणी-IV कर्मचारियों में से नियुक्ति द्वारा भरे जाएंगे, जो पढ़ तथा लिख सकते हैं और हल्के वाहनों के वैध लाईसैंस के साथ 3 वर्ष का अनुभव रखते हो। यद्यपि, यह नियुक्ति 3 अधिकारियों की एक कमेटी द्वारा चालकों के लिए कुषलता परीक्षा संचालित करने के बाद की जाएगी। इस कमेटी का गठन मुख्यालय स्तर पर सचिव/अतिरिक्त सचिव, सर्कल स्तर पर संबंधित अधीक्षण अभियन्ता तथा परियोजना के संबंधित मुख्य अभियन्ता द्वारा किया जाएगा'।'
ये संषोधन 05.03.1998 अर्थात् कार्यालय आदेष जारी होने की वास्तविक तिथि से लागू माने जाएंगे।

No. 109/REG-253/Vol-IV.— In compliance with provisions contained in section 79(c) of Electricity Supply Act, 1948 as applicable w.e.f. 15.03.1984 to 13.08.1998 and read with provisions contained in section 56 (vi) of Haryana Electricity Reform Act, 1997 (Haryana Act No. 10 of 1998), the Governor of Haryana is pleased to notify the following amendment in the revised Recruitment and Promotion Policy in respect of Cleaners/Drivers issued by erstwhile HSEB vide notification No. 261/REG-119/L dated 05.03.1998 w.e.f. date of office order:-
In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of Section-79 of Electricity (Supply) Act, 1948 and all other enabling powers in this behalf, the Haryana State Electricity Board is pleased to make the following amendments in the Revised Recruitment and Promotion Policy in respect of Cleaners/Drivers notified vide notification No. 162/REG-119 dated 9.3.93:-
(i) Sub Regulation 2.1 of Regulation 2 shall be substituted and read as under:-
"The post of Drivers shall be filled up by appointment from amongst the Cleaners/other Class-IV employees of the Board, who can read and write and possess 3 years' experience with valid license for LT Vehicles. The appointment will, however, be made after conducting proficiency test for Drivers by a Committee consisting of 3 officers. The Committee shall be constituted by the Secretary/Addl. Secretary at the Head office level, respective CEs of the Projects and by the respective SEs at the Circle level."
These amendments are deemed to have come into force with effect from 05.03.1998 i.e. actual date of issuance of office order.
