संख्या 86/REG-253/Vol-IV.— विद्युत प्रदाय अधिनियम, 1948 की धारा 79 (सी) में निहित प्रावधानों की अनुपालना में दिनांक 15.03.1984 से 13.08.1998 तक यथा लागू तथा हरियाणा विद्युत सुधार अधिनियम, 1997 (1998 की हरियाणा अधिनियम संख्या 10) की धारा 56 (vi) में निहित प्रावधानों के साथ पठित, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल 20.12.1988 से तत्कालीन हरियाणा राज्य बिजली बोर्ड के कार्यालय आदेष संख्या 29/आरईजी-20 दिनांक 30.01.1989 के तहत जारी ''ह.रा.बि.बोर्ड कर्मचारी (आचरण) विनियम, 1984'' में निम्नलिखित संषोधन अधिसूचित करते हैंः-
विद्युत (प्रदाय) अधिनियम, 1948 की धारा-79 के खण्ड (सी) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों तथा इस संबंध में अन्य सभी सक्षम शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा राज्य बिजली बोर्ड एतद्द्वारा ''ह.रा.बि.बोर्ड कर्मचारी (आचरण) विनियम, 1984'' में निम्नलिखित संषोधन करता हैः-
संषोधन
1. निम्नलिखित को उक्त विनियमों के विनियम 14 के उप-विनियम(5) के रूप में जोड़ दिया जाएगाः-
विनियम 14 (5)
''कोई भी बोर्ड कर्मचारी, अपने पदीय व्यवहार (कामकाज) के सिलसिले में अपने परिवार के किसी सदस्य या रक्त अथवा उसके साथ विवाह द्वारा निकट रूप से संबंधित किसी अन्य व्यक्ति को कोई निर्माण कार्य आदेष/संविदा/प्रदाय आदेष, पूर्ण या आंषिक रूप से आबंटित नहीं करेगा के संबंध में कोई कार्रवाई नहीं करेगा। ऐसा अधिकारी/कर्मचारी यदि उसका संबंधी दरें देने वाला हो, तो उसके साथ संबंध बताते हुए उस मामले को निर्णय के लिए अपने उच्चतर प्राधिकारी को निर्दिष्ट कर देगा।
ये संशोधन 20.12.1988 से लागू माने जाएंगे जैसाकि कार्यालय आदेष संख्या 29/आरईजी-20/एल. दिनांक 30.01.1989 उल्लिखित है।

No. 86/REG-253/Vol-IV.— In compliance with provisions contained in section 79(c) of Electricity Supply Act, 1948 as applicable w.e.f. 15.03.1984 to 13.08.1998 and read with provisions contained in section 56 (vi) of Haryana Electricity Reform Act, 1997 (Haryana Act No. 10 of 1998), the Governor of Haryana is pleased to notify the following amendment in the "H.S.E.B. Employees (Conduct) Regulation, 1984" issued by erstwhile HSEB vide Office order No. 29/REG-20 dated 30.01.1989 w.e.f. 20.12.1988:-
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of Section 79 of the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1948, and all other enabling powers in this behalf, the Haryana State Electricity Board is pleased to make the following amendment in the "H.S.E.B. Employees (Conduct) Regulation, 1984":-
AMENDMENT
1. The following shall be added as Sub-Regulation(5) to Regulation 14 of the said Regulations:-
Regulation 14(5)
"No Board employee, shall allot/deal with any work-order/contract/supply-order, in full or in part to any member of his family or any other person, closely related by blood or marriage to him, in the course of his official dealings. Such officer/employees may refer that case to his next higher authority for decision, disclosing the relationship in case his relations happens, to be a quotationer"
These amendments are deemed to have come into force with effect from 20.12.1988 as mentioned in office order No. 29/REG-20/L dated 30.01.1989.
