The Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Gurugram (General) (Amendment), Regulations, 2018.
No. 1A/RERA GGM Regulations 2018.—
In exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section-85 of the Real Estate (Regulations and Development) Act, 2016 and all other powers enabling it in that behalf the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Gurugram hereby amends the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Gurugram (General), Regulations, 2018 as follows:-
1. Short Title, Object, Commencement and Extent:
(a) These Regulations may be called The Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Gurugram (General) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018.
(b) These Regulations shall apply to all matters falling within the jurisdiction of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Gurugram as notified by the State Government of Haryana vide its notification No. 1/92/2017-1TCP dated 25-01-2018, that is District Gurugram.
2. Amendment of regulation 23 of the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Gurugram (General), Regulations, 2018-
(a) In the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Gurugram (General), Regulations, 2018 (hereinafter referred to as the "the principal regulation"), regulation 23 shall be deleted.
