संख्या 3/1/2020-आर-II.— पथ विक्रेेता (जीविका संरक्षण तथा पथ विक्रय विनियमन) अधिनियम, 2014 (2014 का केन्द्रीय अधिनियम 7) की धारा 36 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा पथ विक्रेता (जीविका संरक्षण तथा पथ विक्रय विनियमन) नियम, 2017, को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :-
1. ये नियम हरियाणा पथ विक्रेता (जीविका संरक्षण तथा पथ विक्रय विनियमन) संषोधन नियम, 2020, कहे जा सकते हैं। 2. हरियाणा पथ विक्रेता (जीविका संरक्षण तथा पथ विक्रय विनियमन) नियम, 2017 (जिन्हें, इसमें, इसके बाद, उक्त नियम कहा गया है) में, नियम 3 में, ''अठारह'' षब्द के स्थान पर, ''चौदह'' षब्द प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा।
3. उक्त नियमों में, नियम 5 में, उपनियम (4) में, परन्तुक में, ''उच्च विद्यालय पास हो'' चिह्न तथा षब्दों का लोप कर दिया जाएगा।
4. उक्त नियमों में, नियम 11 में, उपनियम (4) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित उपनियम प्रति स्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात :-
''(4) नगर विक्रय समिति की बैठक में सभी प्रस्ताव बैठक में उपस्थित तथा मतदान करने वाले सदस्यों के कम से कम दो-तिहाई बहुमत से पारित किए जाएंगे''।
5. उक्त नियमों में, अनुसूची-I में, पैरा 8 में, ''25,000/-(केवल पच्चीस हजार रूपये)'' अंकं, चिह्नं तथा षब्दों के स्थान पर, ''2,000/-(केवल दो हजार रूपये)'' अंक, चिह्न तथा षब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे।

Notification
The 27th May, 2020
No. 3/1/2020-R-II.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36 of the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014 (Central Act 7 of 2014), the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2017, namely:–
1. These Rules may be called the Haryana Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Amendment Rules, 2020.
2. In the Haryana Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2017, (hereinafter called the said rules), in rule 3, for the word ―eighteen‖, the word ―fourteen‖, shall be substituted.
3. In the said rules, in rule 5 in sub–rule (4), in the proviso, the sign and words ―passed high school‖ shall be omitted.
4. In the said rules, in rule 11, for sub–rule (4), the following sub-rule shall be substituted, namely:– ―(4) All the resolutions passed in the meeting of a Town Vending Committee shall be by not less than two-third of the members present and voting in the meeting‖.
5. In the said rules, in Schedule–I, in para 8, for the figures, words and signs ―Rs. 25,000/– (Twenty five thousand rupees only)‖, the figure, words and signs ―₹ 2,000/– (Two thousand rupees only)‖ shall be substituted.
