1. Short title
This policy may be called the Policy on Purchase of Land Voluntarily offered to Government for Development Projects (Third Amendment) Policy, 2020.
2. Definitions
Sub-para (3) of para 3 of the Principal Policy shall be substituted as under:-
(3) "Designated Agency" means Directorate of Land Records, Haryana, which shall be the designated agency under the Policy. The agency shall provide an online portal and consultancy support to all the departments of the State and also conduct empanelment of aggregators. However, Electronics and Information Technology Department, Haryana/National Informatics Centre (NIC) shall provide necessary technical assistance for handling the portal.
