संख्या 13/11/2016-1T(1).— हरियाणा मोटरयान कराधान अधिनियम, 2016 (2016 का 24), की धारा 16 की उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा हरियाणा राज्य में पंजीकृत वाणिज्यिक वाहनों को दो माह अर्थात्, प्रथम अप्रैल, 2020 से 31 मई, 2020 तक की अवधि के लिए मोटरयान कर के भुगतान के दायित्व से छूट प्रदान करते हैं।

No. 13/11/2016-1T(1).– In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 16 of the Haryana Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 2016 (24 of 2016), the Governor of Haryana, hereby exempts the commercial vehicles registered in the State of Haryana from payment of motor vehicles tax for the period of two months i.e. from the 1st April, 2020 to the 31st May, 2020.
