अधिसूचना
दिनांक 6 जुलाई, 2020 संख्या 54/जीएसटी-2.- हरियाणा माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 19), की धारा 96 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा सरकार, आबकारी तथा कराधान विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 112/एसटी-2, दिनांक 18 अक्तूबर, 2017 में, निम्नलिखित संषोधन करते हैं, अर्थात् :-
संषोधन हरियाणा सरकार, आबकारी तथा कराधान विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 112/एसटी-2, दिनांक 18 अक्तूबर, 2017 में, क्रम संख्या (क) तथा उसके सामने विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या तथा उसके सामने प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-
''(क) श्री विद्या सागर, अपर आबकारी तथा कराधान आयुक्त, हरियाणा।''।

No. 54/GST-2.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 96 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana, hereby makes the following amendment in the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification no. 112/ST–2, dated the 18th October, 2017, namely:–
Amendment
In the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification no. 112/ST–2, dated the 18th October, 2017, for the existing entry against serial no. 1, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
―Sh. Vidya Sagar, Additional Excise and Taxation Commissioner, Haryana.‖.
