संख्या 12/83/2020-3परि०(I).- मोटर यान अधिनियम, 1988 (1988 का केन्द्रीय अधिनियम 59), की धारा 200 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदा षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, निर्देष देते हैं कि हरियाणा सरकार, परिवहन विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 13/1/2017-6टी० (1), दिनांक 19 अप्रैल, 2017 पर विचार किए बिना, हरियाणा राज्य में लॉकडाउन अवधि अर्थात्‌ 24 मार्च, 2020 से 31 मई, 2020 के दौरान उक्त अधिनियम में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट किए गए किसी प्रषम्य अपराध, जहाँ पुलिस विभाग द्वारा वाहन का चालान किया गया है/परिबद्ध किया गया है, किन्तु कोई प्रथम सूचना रिपोर्ट दर्ज नहीं की गई है, नीचे दी गई अनुसूची के खाना 3 में विनिर्दिष्ट राषि के लिए उक्त अनुसूची के खाना 2 में वर्णित वाहनों के प्रवर्ग के लिए सम्‌बद्ध सचिव, प्रादेषिक परिवहन प्राधिकारी द्वारा एकमुस्त उपाय के रूप में प्रषमित होगा, अर्थात्‌ :-

3.	परिवहन वाहन	2000/- या संबंधित धारा के अधीन जुर्माना राषि, जो भी कम हो।

No. 12/83/2020-3T (I).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 200 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (Central Act 59 of 1988), the Governor of Haryana hereby directs that irrespective of the Notification No. 13/1/2017–6T (I), dated the 19th April, 2017 any compoundable offence, as mentioned in the said section, committed during lock down period in the State, with effect from the 24th March, 2020 to the 31st May, 2020, where the vehicles have been challaned/impounded by the Police Department but no First Information Report has been registered, shall be compounded as a one time measure by the Secretary, Regional Transport Authority concerned for the category of vehicles mentioned in column 2 of the following Schedule for the amount specified in column 3 of the said Schedule :–
