संख्या 1/20/2016-5 पी.आर. (वि.वि).- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा सिविल सेवा (सुनिश्चित जीविका प्रगति) नियम, 2016, को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्‌ :-

1. ये नियम हरियाणा सिविल सेवा (सुनिश्चित जीविका प्रगति) संषोधन नियम, 2020, कहे जा सकते हैं।

2. ये नियम जनवरी, 2016 के प्रथम दिन से लागू हुए समझे जाएंगे।

3. हरियाणा सिविल सेवा (सुनिश्चित जीविका प्रगति) नियम, 2016 (जिन्हें, इसमें, इसके बाद, उक्त नियम कहा गया है) में, अनुसूची 'क' में, ''पी0बी0 4, 37400-67000'' शीर्ष के नीचे, क्रम संख्या 18, 19 तथा उसके उपर और नीचे विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या तथा उसके उपर और नीचे प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्‌ :-

4. उक्त नियमों में, अनुसूची 1 में, भाग-I में, खाना 1, 2, 3 तथा 4 के नीचे क्रम संख्या 1 तथा उसके सामने प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या तथा प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्‌ :-

No. 1/20/2016-5PR(FD).— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Civil Services (Assured Career Progression) Rules, 2016, namely:-

1. These rules may be called the Haryana Civil Services (Assured Career Progression) First Amendment Rules, 2020.

2. These rules shall come into force w.e.f. 1st January, 2016.

3. In the Haryana Civil Services (Assured Career Progression) Rules, 2016 in Schedule-A, under column PB-4, 37400-67000, for Sr. No.18 and 19 (upward and downward) the following entries shall be substituted namely:-
