क्रमांक 12/1/2020-2पी०एच०.- चूंकि हरियाणा के राज्यपाल को यह प्रतीत होता है कि नीचे दी गई विष्ष्टिियां में वर्णित भूमि सरकार द्वारा सरकारी व्यय पर सार्वजनिक प्रयोजन के लिए नामतः आगुमैनटेषन वाटर सप्लाई स्कीम 25 गांव और 9 ढाणियां ब्लाक सतनाल़ी, तहसील एवं जिला महेन्द्रगढ़, पानी की पाईप लाईन बिछाने के लिए जल संवंर्धन परियोजना के लिए भूमि अपेक्षित है।

और इसलिए हरियाणा सरकार को ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि पाईप लाईन बिछाने के लिए भूमि अधिकारों को हासिल करना आवष्यक है।

अतः हरियाणा भूमिगत पाईप लाईन अधिनियम 2008 की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदान की गई शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा यह घोषित किया जाता है कि अधिसूचना में निम्नलिखित निर्दिष्ट भूमि को पानी वितरण पाईप लाईन बिछाने के लिए अर्जित किया जाता है।

उपरोक्त अधिनियम द्वारा प्रदान शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए हरियाणा के राज्यपाल ने कुछ समय के लिए अधिकारियों को तथा कार्यकर्ताओं को उनके इलाकों का सर्वेक्षण तथा भूमि अर्जन करने के लिए जो भी अन्य आवष्यक कार्य हैं या उस अधिनियम द्वारा स्वीकृत है प्राधिकृत करने के लिए प्रसन्नता व्यक्त की है।

इस इलाके में किसी भी व्यक्ति को यदि भूमि के संबंध में कोई आपत्ति हो तो वह इस संबंध में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाषन के 21 दिनों के भीतर धारा 3 की उपधारा (4) के अंतर्गत हरियाणा भूमि पाईप लाइन (भूमि अधिनियम, 2008 उपयोगकर्ता के अधिकार का अधिग्रहण) के संबंध में जिला राजस्व अधिकारी सह भूमि अधिग्रहण कलैक्टर नारनौल या कार्यकारी अभियंता, जन स्वास्थ्य अभियांत्रिक मण्डल महेन्द्रगढ़ के समक्ष लिखित रूप में आपति दर्ज करा सकता है। भूमि के नक्षों का निरिक्षण तथा सभी अन्य विवरण जिला राजस्व अधिकारी सह भूमि अभिग्रहण कलैक्टर नारनौल या कार्यकारी अभियंता, जन स्वास्थ्य अभियांत्रिकी मण्डल महेन्द्रगढ़ के कार्यालय में किसी भी कार्य दिवस को किया जा सकता है।

Notification

The 16th July, 2020

No. 12/1/2020-2PH.— Whereas, it appears to the Governor of Haryana that the land described in the specification below is likely to be needed by the Government at Public expenses, for a public purpose, namely Augmentation water supply scheme of 25 villages and 9 Dhanies, Block Satnali, District Mohindergarh.

And it appears to the Govt. of Haryana that it is necessary to acquire the rights of the land for laying of pipe line.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by under Section 3 of Sub Section (1) Haryana underground pipe line (Acquisition of right of user in land Act, 2008) the Govt. of Haryana hereby declares that the land specified below is hereby acquired for laying the water supply pipe line.

In exercise of powers conferred by the aforesaid section, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to authorize the officer for the time being engaged in the under-taking with their servants and workmen to enter upon the survey the land in the locality and to do all other acts required or permitted by that section.

Any person interested who may have any objection regarding the acquisition of any land in the locality may within a period of twenty one days of the publication of this notification file objection under Section 3 of Sub Section (4) Haryana underground pipe line (Acquisition of right of user in land Act, 2008) writing before the District Revenue Officer cum Land Acquisition Collector, Narnaul or Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Mohindergarh.

Plans of the land and other details may be inspected in the offices of the District Revenue Officer cum Land Acquisition Collector, Narnaul or the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Mohindergarh on any working day.
