संख्या सी.सी.पी. (एन.सी.आर.)/वाई.एन./ए.सी.ए.-IV/2020/901.- चूंकि, सरकार की राय में, नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट तथा उससे संलग्न योजना में दर्शाए गए क्षेत्र निर्माण क्रिया कलापों, औद्योगिक, वाणिज्यिक, संस्थागत या आमोद-प्रमोद सम्बन्धी सम्पदाओं/क्रियाकलापों तथा उपरोक्त के सहायक उपयोगों हेतु संभाव्य है;

इसलिए, अब, पंजाब अनुसूचित सड़क तथा नियंत्रित क्षेत्र अनियमित विकास निर्बन्धन अधिनियम, 1963 (1963 का पंजाब अधिनियम 41) की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) तथा हरियाणा नगर निगम अधिनियम, 1994 (1994 का 16) की धारा 346 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, उक्त क्षेत्र को उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनार्थ नियंत्रित क्षेत्र के रूप में घोषित करते हैं, अर्थात्‌ :-

अतिरिक्त नियंत्रित क्षेत्र IV,यमुना नगर-जगाधरी की सीमाओं की अनुसूची को ड्राईंग संख्या डी०टी०पी० (वाई०) 76/2019, दिनांक 23 अक्तूबर, 2019 के साथ पढ़ा जाए।

उार : बिन्दु 'ए', से प्रारम्भ करते हुए, जो राजस्व संपदा गांव नगावां जागीर (हदबस्त संख्या 390) की आयत संख्या 1 का उत्तरी पष्चिमी कोना है, से पूर्व दिषा में गांव नगावां जागीर (हदबस्त संख्या 390) तथा नगावां सरकार (हदबस्त संख्या 108) की राजस्व सीमाओं के साथ-साथ बिंदु 'बी' तक जो गांव नगावां सरकार (हदबस्त संख्या 108) की आयत संख्या-4 का उत्तर पूर्व कोना है।

पूर्व : तत्पष्चात्‌ बिंदु 'बी' से दक्षिणावर्त्त घड़ी की दिषा में गांव नगावां सरकार (हदबस्त संख्या 108), षहजादपुर (हदबस्त संख्या 109) (आयत संख्या 27, 28 तथा 29 के क्षेत्र को छोड़कर), गांव बुड़िया जागीर (हदबस्त संख्या 392),गांव भोगपुर (हदबस्त संख्या 111), गांव अमादलपुर (हदबस्त संख्या 395), गांव बाकरपुर (हदबस्त संख्या 120) की राजस्व संपदा की सीमाओं के साथ-साथ चलते हुए बिंदु 'सी' तक, जहां गांव बाकरपुर (हदबस्त संख्या 120) की राजस्व सम्पदा की सीमा गांव साबापुर (हदबस्त संख्या 121) की राजस्व संपदा की सीमा पर सबसे पूर्वी कोने से मिलती है।

(EXTRA.), JULY 16, 2020 (ASAR. 25, 1942 SAKA) 1367 दक्षिण : तत्पष्चात्‌ बिंदु 'सी' से पष्चिम की तरफ दक्षिणावर्त्त घड़ी की दिषा में गांव साबापुर (हदबस्त संख्या 121), गांव कैत (हदबस्त संख्या 132), गांव मण्डी (हदबस्त संख्या 133) की राजस्व संपदा की सीमाओं के साथ-साथ चलते हुए बिंदु 'डी' तक, जो गांव मण्डी (हदबस्त संख्या 133) की राजस्व संपदा की आयत संख्या 19 का दक्षिण पष्चिम कोना है तथा जहाँ यह अधिसूचना संख्या सी.सी.पी. (एन.सी.आर.)/वाई.एन./ए.सी.ए.-III/ए./2007/422, दिनांक 09 फरवरी, 2007 द्वारा पहले से ही घोषित अतिरिक्त नियंत्रित क्षेत्र III की सीमा से भी मिलता है। पश्चिम : तत्पष्चात्‌ बिंदु 'डी' से उत्तर की तरफ अधिसूचना संख्या सी.सी.पी. (एन.सी.आर.)/वाई.एन./ए.सी.ए.–III/ ए./2007/422, दिनांक 09 फरवरी, 2007 द्वारा पहले से ही घोषित अतिरिक्त नियंत्रित क्षेत्र III की सीमा के साथ-साथ बिंदु 'ए' अर्थात्‌ प्रारंभ के बिंदु तक।

No. CCP(NCR)/YN(ACA-IV)/2020/901.— Whereas, in the opinion of the Government, the area specified in the Schedule given below and shown in the plan appended hereto, has the potential for building activities, industrial, commercial, institutional, recreational estates/ activities and uses subservient to the above;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Act, 1963 (Punjab Act 41 of 1963) and sub–section (1) of section 346 of the Haryana Municipal Corporation Act, 1994(16 of 1994), the Governor of Haryana hereby declares the said areas to be controlled area for the purposes of the said Acts, namely:–

SCHEDULE

Schedule of boundaries of additional controlled area IV,Yamuna Nagar–Jagadhri to be read with Drawing No. D.T.P.(Y)76/2019, dated the 23rd October, 2019.

North: Starting from point 'A', which is the North–West corner of rectangle no. 1 of revenue estate of village Nagawan Jagir (Hadbast no. 390), towards east along the revenue boundary of village Nagawan Jagir (Hadbas No. 390) and Nagawan Sarkar (Hadbast No. 108) upto point 'B' i.e. North-East corner of rectangle no. 4 of Nagawan Sarkar (Hadbast No. 108).

East: Thence moving from point 'B' towards south in clock-wise direction along the Boundaries of the revenue estates of village Nagawan Sarkar (Hadbast No. 108), Shahzadpur (Hadbast No. 109) (excluding the area of rectangle no. 27, 28 and 29), village Buria Jagir (Hadbast No. 392), village Bhogpur (Hadbast No. 111), village-Amadalpur (Hadbast No. 395), village-Bakarpur (Hadbast No. 120) upto point 'C' where boundary of revenue estate of village-Bakarpur (Hadbast No. 120) meets the easternmost corner on the boundary of revenue estate of village-Sabapur (Hadbast No. 121).

South: Thence moving from point 'C' towards west in clockwise direction along the boundaries of revenue estates of village Sabapur (Hadbast No. 121), village Kait (Hadbast No.132), village Mandi (Hadbast No. 133) upto point 'D' i.e. South-West corner of rectangle no.19 of revenue estate of village Mandi (Hadbast No. 133) and also meets the boundary of ACA-III already declared vide notification no. CCP(NCR)/YN (ACA–III)/A/2007/422, dated the 9th February, 2007.

West: Thence moving from point 'D' towards north along the boundary of additional controlled area-III already declared vide Haryana Government Gazette notification No. CCP(NCR)/YN(ACA-III)/A/2007/422, dated the 9th February, 2007 upto point 'A' i.e. the starting point.
