संख्या 60/जीएसटी-2.- एकी—त माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 ( 2017 का केन्द्रीय अधिनियम 13) की धारा 20 के साथ पठित हरियाणा माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 ( 2017 का 19) की धारा 168क द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, परिषद्‌ की सिफारिशों पर, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा सरकार, आबकारी तथा कराधान विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 43/जीएसटी-2, दिनांक 7 मई, 2020 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्‌ :-

हरियाणा सरकार, आबकारी तथा कराधान विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 43/जीएसटी-2, दिनांक 7 मई, 2020 में, प्रथम पैरा के खंड (i) में,–

(i) ''29 जून, 2020'' अंकों, शब्द और चिह्‌न के स्थान पर ''30 अगस्त, 2020'' अंक, शब्द और चिह्‌न प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे;

(ii) ''30 जून, 2020'' अंकों, शब्द और चिह्‌न के स्थान पर ''31 अगस्त, 2020'' अंक, शब्द और चिह्‌न प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे।

Notification

The 21st July, 2020

No. 60/GST-2.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 168A of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017) read with section 20 of the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Central Act 13 of 2017) the Governor of Haryana, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No.43/GST-2, dated the 7th May, 2020, namely:–

Amendment

In the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No.43/GST-2, dated the 7th May, 2020, in the first paragraph, in clause (i),—

(i) for the words, figures and letters ―29th day of June, 2020‖, the words, figures and letters ―30th day of August, 2020‖ shall be substituted;

(ii) for the words, figures and letters ―30th day of June, 2020‖, the words, figures and letters ―31st day of August, 2020‖ shall be substituted.
