संख्या 64/जीएसटी-2.- हरियाणा माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 19) की धारा 148 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, परिषद्‌ की सिफारिशों पर, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा सरकार, आबकारी तथा कराधान विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 57/जीएसटी-2, दिनांक 26 अप्रैल, 2019, में निम्नलिखित संषोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्‌ :-

संषोधन

हरियाणा सरकार, आबकारी तथा कराधान विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 57/जीएसटी-2, दिनांक 26 अप्रैल, 2019, में, तृतीय पैरा में, परंतुक में, "15 जुलाई, 2020" अंकों, चिह्‌न और शब्द के स्थान पर, "31 अगस्त, 2020" अंक, चिह्‌न और शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किये जाएंगे।श्

No. 64/GST-2.— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, Notification No. 57/GST-2, dated the 26th April, 2019, namely:-

Amendment

In the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, Notification No. 57/GST-2, dated the 26th April, 2019, in the third paragraph, in the proviso, for the figures, letters and words "15th day of July, 2020", the figures, letters and words "31st day of August, 2020" shall be substituted.
