संख्याः 18/172/2020-3क1.- हरियाणा नगर निगम वार्ड परिसीमन नियमावली, 1994 के नियम-3, 7 व 9 के अनुसरण में तथा इस सम्बन्ध में पूर्व में जारी सभी आदेषों/अधिसूचनाओं को निरस्त करते हुये, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा नगर निगम, पंचकूला, जिला-पंचकूला के वार्डों के परिसीमन हेतु निम्नलिखित प्रस्ताव, इसके द्वारा उन व्यक्तियों की जानकारी हेतु प्रकाषित किया जाता है, जिनको इससे प्रभावित होने की सम्भावना है।

इसके द्वारा नोटिस दिया जाता है कि इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाषन की तिथि से 10 दिन की अवधि की समाप्ति पर या इसके पष्चात्‌ सरकार, ऐसे आक्षेपों अथवा सुझावों सहित, यदि कोई हो, जो अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग/महानिदेशक, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय हरियाणा, पंचकूला द्वारा उपायुक्त, पंचकूला के माध्यम से किसी व्यक्ति से प्रस्ताव के सम्बन्ध में इस प्रकार के विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि की समाप्ति से पूर्व प्राप्त किए जायें, विचार करेगी।

सीमाओं की अनुसूची

वार्ड नं0 01 :- एम0डी0सी0 के पष्चिम कोने से आरम्भ होते मनीमाजरा मन्सा देवी रोड के साथ गांव भैंसा टिब्बा को पार करते पुलिस स्टेषन के सामने वाली सड़क से रोड धर्मषाला तक। यहां से रेल विहार एवं भैंसा टिब्बा गांव की तरफ जाते सेक्टर-6 और 4 एम.डी.सी. की सेक्टर डिवाईडिंग रोड तक, वहां से सैक्टर रोड के साथ-2 पीर बाबा तक वहां से जंगलात की सीमा के साथ-साथ गांव सकेतडी एवं महादेवी कालोनी की तरफ होते हुए चण्डीगढ़ की सीमा के साथ सैक्टर-2 एवं सैक्टर-6 मन्सा देवी के पष्चिम कोने तक जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दू हैं। इस वार्ड में सकेतड़ी, महादेव कलोनी, एम.डी.सी-2, एम. डी.सी-6 व भैंसा टिब्बा षामिल है। वार्ड नं0 02 :-मनीमाजरा मनसा देवी रोड की पूर्व दिषा में मनीमाजरा व पंचकूला के एम.डी.सी सेक्टर-5 की सीमा से आरम्भ होकर मनीमाजरा व पंचकूला के एम.डी.सी सेक्टर-5 की सीमा से होते हुए चंडीगढ़ कालका हाईवे तक तथा हाईवे के साथ-2 होते हुए माता मनसा देवी सिंघद्वार वाली रोड को पार करके पूर्व दिषा की ओर चलते हुए पंचकूला सेक्टर-6 व सेक्टर-7 की डिवाडिंग रोड से दक्षिण की ओर चलते हुए सेक्टर-7, 6, 8 और 5 चौक तक, यहां से पूर्व की ओर सेक्टर-6 और सेक्टर-5 की डिवाडिंग रोड से होते हुए सेक्टर-5, 6, 1, 2 चौक तक। यहां से उत्तर की तरफ सेक्टर-6 और सेक्टर-1 की डिवाडिंग रोड से होते हुए चंडीगढ़ कालका रोड तक। चंडीगढ़ कालका रोड से पष्चिम की ओर चलते हुए हरियाणा पंचकूला व छावनी की सीमा जो चण्डीगढ़़ कालका रोड को लगती है तक तथा यहां से एम.डी.सी सेक्टर-5 व छावनी की सीमा से पूर्व उत्तर दिषा की ओर चलते हुए माता मनसा देवी गऊषाला व माता मनसा देवी मंदिर के उपर से होते हुए जंगलात की सीमा के साथ-2 सकेतड़ी गांव की सीमा तक व यहां से वार्ड नं0 1 की सीमा के साथ-2 प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु मनीमाजरा व पंचकूला की सीमा तक। इस वार्ड में एम.डी.सी-4, एम.डी.सी-5 व सेक्टर-6 पंचकूला षमिल है। वार्ड नं0 03 :- मनीमाजरा व हरियाणा पंचकूला की सीमा जो चंडीगढ़ कालका रोड पर मिलती है तथा सेक्टर-7 को जोड़ती है, सेक्टर-7 व मनीमाजरा की सीमा से दक्षिण-पष्चिम की ओर होते हुए नाला के साथ-2 सेक्टर-7 व सेक्टर-18 की डिवाडिंग रोड को पार करते हुए मनीमाजरा चंडीगढ़ व सेक्टर-18 की सीमा के साथ-2 चलते हुए सेक्टर-18 व सेक्टर-17 की डिवाडिंग रोड को पार करके चंडीगढ़ व पंचकूला सेक्टर-17 की सीमा के साथ-2 मौली जागरा व राजीव कलोनी के चौक

से सेक्टर-15, सेक्टर-16 की डिवाडिंग रोड से उत्तर-पूर्व की ओर सेक्टर-15, 9, 10, 16 के चौक तक। यहां से उत्तर-पष्चिम दिषा सेक्टर-9, 8 व 16, 17 की डिवाईडिंग रोड पर चलते हुए सेक्टर-17, 18, 7, 8 के चौक तक। यहां से पूर्व दिषा की ओर सेक्टर-7 और 8 के डिवाईडिंग रोड पर चलते हुए सेक्टर-5, 6, 7, 8 के चौक तक। यहां से उत्तर दिषा की ओर सेक्टर-6, 7 की डिवाईडिंग रोड पर चलते हुए चंडीगढ़ कालका हाईवे तक तथा यहां से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चंडीगढ़ कालका हाईवे पर चलते हुए प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु तक। यह वार्ड सेक्टर-7, सेक्टर-18, सेक्टर-17 व सेक्टर-16 को आपस में जोड़ता है। वार्ड नं0 04 ः- सेक्टर-7, 8, 17, 18 के चौक से आरम्भ होते हुए दक्षिण की ओर सेक्टर-17, 8 की डिवाईडिंग रोड व सेक्टर-9, 16 की डिवाईडिंग रोड व सेक्टर-10, 15 की डिवाईडिंग रोड से होते हुए सेक्टर-10, 15, 14, 11 के चौक तक तथा यहां से उत्तर- पूर्व दिषा की ओर सेक्टर-10, 11 के डिवाईडिंग रोड से होते हुए सेक्टर-10, 11, 4 और 5 के चौक तक। तथा यहां से उत्तर की ओर सेक्टर-10, 9, 8 व सेक्टर-5 की डिवाईडिंग रोड से होते हुए सेक्टर-5, 6, 7, 8 के चौक तक तथा यहां से सेक्टर-16 व बैल फैक्ट्री की लाईटों से आरम्भ होते हुए दक्षिण की ओर सेक्टर-15 व इन्डस्ट्रीयल ऐरिया फेस-2 डिवाईडिंग रोड से होते हुए सेक्टर-14, 15 फेस-1, 2 के चौक तक। यहां से उत्तर-पूर्व दिशा की ओर सेक्टर-14 व 15 डिवाईडिंग रोड से होते हुए सेक्टर-11, 15, 14, 10 चौक तक। यहां से उत्तर-पश्चिम दिशा की ओर सेक्टर-10 व सेक्टर-15 के डिवांईडिग रोड से होते हुए सेक्टर-15, 16, 9, 10 के चौक तक। यहां से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर सेक्टर-15,16 की डिवाईडिंग रोड से होते हुए प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु सेक्टर-15, सेक्टर-16 व बैल फैक्ट्री की लाईटों तक। इस वार्ड में पूर्ण सेक्टर-15 षामिल है। वार्ड नं0 06 :- मौली जागरा, राजीव कालोनी का चौक जो हरियाणा पंचकूला व चण्डीगढ़ की सीमा का मिलन बिन्दु है तथा वार्ड नं0-3 की सीमा से लगता है यहां से पष्चिम-दक्षिण दिशा की ओर राजीव कालोनी व चण्डीगढ़ की सीमा के साथ-2 चलते हुए राजीव कालोनी की दुकान नं0 869/ए (जस्सी स्टूडियो) तक। उक्त बिन्दु से पूर्व की ओर जाने वाली गली के साथ-2 अस्थाई पुल से होते हुए लेबर चौक तक। यहां से उत्तर दिषा की ओर वार्ड नं0 3 की सीमा के साथ-2 प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु मौली जागरा राजीव कालोनी के चौक तक। इस वार्ड में राजीव कालोनी का अधिकतर भाग षामिल है। वार्ड नं0 07 :- वार्ड नं0 6 में जस्सी स्टूडियो दुकान नं0 869/ए, के सामने अमन मोबाईल रिपेयर दुकान नं0 869/बी राजीव कालोनी व चण्डीगढ़ की सीमा से पष्चिम-दक्षिण दिशा की ओर राजीव कालोनी, इंदिरा कालोनी, बुडनपुर व चंडीगढ़ की सीमा के साथ-2 चलते हुए बुडनपुुर-बैल फैक्ट्री -चंडीगढ़ के मिलान बिन्दू तक। यहां से पूर्व दिषा की ओर बुडनपुर व बैल फैक्ट्री की सीमा के साथ-2 चलते हुए सेक्टर-16-बुडनपुर-बैल फैक्ट्री के मिलान बिन्दु तक। यहां से उत्तर दिषा की ओर वार्ड नं0 3 की सीमा के साथ-2 होते हुए लेबर चौक तक। यहां से वार्ड नं0 6 की सीमा से चलते हुए प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु अमन मोबाईल रिपेयर की दुकान नं0 869/बी तक। इस वार्ड में राजीव कालोनी का कुछ भाग, इंदिरा कालोनी व बुढनपूर षामिल है। वार्ड नं0 08ः- इंडस्ट्रीयल ऐरिया फेस -1 के प्लाट नं0 348 के पीछली तरफ जहां से आशियाना व अभयपुर की सीमा शुरू होती है तथा इंडस्ट्रीयल ऐरिया फेस-1 के बी रोड के साथ लगती है यहां से बी रोड पर होते हुए रेलवे फाटक तक तथा फाटक से रेलवे लाईन व सेक्टर-19 की सीमा के साथ-2 पूर्व की ओर चलते हुए पंजाब हरियाणा की सीमा तक। जिसके साथ सेक्टर-19 का मकान नं0 171 लगता है। यहां से दक्षिण-पश्चिम सीमा की ओर हरियाणा पंजाब की सीमा से होते हुए सेक्टर-19 के मकान नं0 573 टयूबवेल तक। टयूबवेल से उत्तर की ओर मकान नं0 575-584, 601-602, 692-693, 752-762 के सामने वाली गली से होते हुए पश्चिम दिशा की ओर मकान नं0 1179 के सामने वाली गली में उत्तर की ओर मुड़ते हुए मकान नं0 932 तक तथा इसके पश्चात पश्चिम दिशा की ओर मकान नं0 932 के सामने वाली गली से होते हुए बीटा बूथ तक (मकान नं0 1135 के सामने) तथा यहां से उत्तर दिशा की ओर रेलवे फाटक को पार करते हुए इंडस्ट्रीयल ऐरिया, फेस-1 का खाली क्षेत्र जो सड़क व प्लाट नं0 81 के बीच का है से होते हुए प्लॉट नं0 97 को पार करके गांव अभयपुर की सीमा तक तथा यहां से अभयपुर की सीमा व इंडस्ट्रीयल ऐरिया फेस-1 की सीमा से पष्चिम की ओर प्लाट नं0 87 के पिछले भाग तक व यहां से उत्तर की ओर अभयपुर व इंडस्ट्रीयल ऐरिया, फेस-1 की सीमा से होते हुए प्लॉट नं0 359 के पिछले भाग तक तथा यहां से अभयपुर व इंडस्ट्रीयल ऐरिया फेस-1 की सीमा से होते हुए प्लॉट नं0 348 के पिछली तरफ प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु तक। इस वार्ड में अभयपुर सेक्टर-19 का ज्यादातर भाग शामिल है। वार्ड नं0 09 ः- सेक्टर-15, सेक्टर-16 व बैल फैक्ट्री की लाईटों से उत्तर दिशा की तरफ गांव बुडनपुर-सेक्टर-16-बैल फैक्ट्री के मिलान बिन्दु से पश्चिम की तरफ वार्ड नं0 7 की सीमा के साथ-2 बुडनपुर-बैल फैक्ट्री-चंडीगढ़ के मिलान बिन्दु तक। यहां से पूर्व-दक्षिण की ओर इंडस्ट्रीयल ऐरिया फेस-2 व पंजाब की सीमा के साथ-2 होते हुए रेलवे लाईन को पार करके सी0आई0डी0 के कार्यालय की पश्चिम-दक्षिण दिशा से पंजाब हरियाणा की सीमा से होते हुए नाला व रेहड़ी मार्केट से पुराने हाउसिंग बोर्ड के मकानों को पार करते हुए सेक्टर-19 व पंजाब की सीमा से होते हुए सेक्टर-19 के टयूबवैल तक यहां से सेक्टर-19 में वार्ड नं0 8 की सीमा के साथ-2 होते हुए फाटक पार करके वार्ड नं0 8 व फेस-1 की सीमा के साथ-2 चलते हुए वार्ड नं0 8-फेस-1-पंजाब सीमा के मिलान बिन्दु प्लॅाट नं0 73 इंडस्ट्रीयल ऐरिया फेस-1 तक। यहां से उत्तर दिशा में इंडस्ट्रीयल ऐरिया फेस-1 व पंजाब की सीमा के साथ-2 राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग तक। यहां से उत्तर दिशा की ओर सेक्टर-12ए- इंडस्ट्रीयल ऐरिया- राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के मिलान बिन्दु तक। राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग से उत्तर की ओर सेक्टर-12ए वHARYANA GOVT. (EXTRA.), AUG. 13, 2020 (SRVN. 22, 1942 SAKA) 1497 इंडस्ट्रीयल ऐरिया फेस-1 के डिवाईडिग रोड से चलकर सेक्टर-12ए-सेक्टर-14-फेस-1-टी प्वाईंट तक। इस बिन्दु से सेक्टर-14 व सेक्टर-12 ए की डिवाईडिग रोड से उत्तर की ओर होते हुए सेक्टर 12-12ए -11-14 के चौक तक व इस चौंक से पश्चिम दिशा की ओर सेक्टर 11 और सेक्टर-14 के डिवाईडिंग रोड से होते हुए सेक्टर 10-11-14-15 के चौक तक। यहां से दक्षिण की ओर सेक्टर 14-15 की डिवाईडिंग से होते हुए सेक्टर 14-15-फेस-1-2 के चौक तक। यहां से उत्तर पश्चिम दिशा की ओर सेक्टर-15 और फेस-2 के डिवाईडिंग रोड से होते हुए प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु सेक्टर-16 सेक्टर-15 बैल कलोनी की टै्रफिक लाईट सेक्टर- 12ए, सेक्टर-14 के डिवाईडिग रोड से उत्तर-पूर्व की ओर होते हुए सेक्टर-11, 12 सेक्टर-12ए, 14 के चौक से होते हुए सेक्टर-4, सेक्टर-11, 12 के टी पॉईंट लाईटों तक तथा यहां से पूर्व की ओर राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग तक तथा राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग से दक्षिण दिशा की ओर राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग पर चलते हुए सेक्टर-12ए, इंडस्ट्रीयल एरिया, फेस-1 के मिलान बिन्दु तक जो राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग पर लगता है। यहां से उत्तर-पश्चिम की ओर 12ए व इंडस्ट्रीयल एरिया, फेस-1 की डिवाईडिंग रोड पर चलते हुए प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु सेक्टर-14, सेक्टर-12ए, इंडस्ट्रीयल ऐरिया, फेस-1 के मिलान बिन्दु तक, यह वार्ड सेक्टर-12, 12ए को कवर करता है। वार्ड नं0 11 :- सेक्टर-4, सेक्टर-11,12 के टी पॉईंट लाईटों से सेक्टर-4, सेक्टर-12 के डिवाईंिडग रोड से पूर्व की ओर होते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग तक तथा राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग से उत्तर की ओर सेक्टर-4 व राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग की सीमा के साथ-2 सेक्टर-4 के मकान नं0 1752 तक व यहां से पश्चिम की ओर मकान नं0 1459 तक तथा यहां से उत्तर की ओर मकान नं0 1340 तक व यहां से पश्चिम की ओर सतलुज पब्लिक स्कूल व मार्किट के बीच वाली सड़क से होते हुए मार्केट के अंत तक तथा यहां से दक्षिण की ओर मकान नं0 914 के सामने से पश्चिम की ओर मकान नं0 787 तक तथा यहां से दक्षिण- पश्चिम की ओर पार्क के कोने तक जोकि मकान नं 1005 के सामने है तक तथा यहां से पूर्व की ओर मकान नं0 942 तक। यहां से दक्षिण-पश्चिम की ओर मकान नं0 1034 को पार करते हुए सेक्टर-4 व सेक्टर-11 की डिवाईडिंग रोड तक। यहां से सेक्टर-4 व 11 की डिवाईडिंग रोड से उत्तर-पश्चिम दिशा की ओर चलते हुए सेक्टर-5, 10, 11 व 4 के चौक तक। यहां से सेक्टर-10, 11 के डिवार्ईडिंग रोड से पश्चिम-दक्षिण दिशा की ओर चलते हुए सेक्टर-10, 11, 14, 15 के चौक तक। यहां से सेक्टर-11 व 14 से पूर्व दक्षिण दिशा की ओर चलते हुए सेक्टर-11, 12, 14, 12ए के चौक तक। यहां से सेक्टर-11 व 12 की डिवाईडिंग रोड से उत्तर-पूर्व दिशा की ओर चलते हुए प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु, सेक्टर-4, सेक्टर-11, 12 के टी पॉईंट लाईटों तक, यह वार्ड सेक्टर-11 गांव हरिपूर व सेक्टर-4 के ज्यादातर भाग को कवर करता है। वार्ड नं0 12 :- सेक्टर-4, सेक्टर-2 व राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के मिलन बिन्दु से उत्तर की ओर राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग व सेक्टर-2 की सीमा से होते हुए माजरी चौक, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग पुल के नीचे से पूर्व की ओर घघर नदी के पुल तक तथा घघर नदी के पुल से उत्तर दिषा की ओर घघर नदी के साथ-साथ खड़ग मंगोली की अंतिम हद सीमा तक तथा यहां से पष्चिम की ओर राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग तक तथा राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग से दक्षिण दिषा से सेक्टर-1 व छावनी की डिवाईडिंग रोड (चंडीगढ़ कालका रोड) से होेते हुए सेक्टर-1 सेक्टर-6 व छावनी टी-प्वाईंट तक (टैंक चौक)। यहां से दक्षिण की ओर सेक्टर-1 व सेक्टर-6 की डिवाईडिंग रोड से होते हुए सेक्टर-1, 6, 5, 2 के चौक तक। उक्त स्थल से वार्ड नं0 2 की सीमा के साथ-2 पष्चिम दिषा की ओर सेक्टर-6, 5, 7, 8 के चौक तक। यहां से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर सेक्टर-8, 9, 10 व सेक्टर-5 के डिवाईडिंग रोड पर चलते हुए सेक्टर-10, 5, 4, 11 के चौक तक। यहां से सेक्टर-4 व 5 के डिवाईडिंग रोड से पूर्व उत्तर की ओर चलते हुए सेक्टर-5, 2, 4 के चौक तक। यहां से पूर्व की ओर सेक्टर-2 और सेक्टर-4 की डिवाईडिंग रोड से चलकर प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु सेक्टर-4, सेक्टर-02 व राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के मिलन बिन्दु तक, यह वार्ड सेक्टर-2, माजरी, सेक्टर-1, सेक्टर-5 व सेक्टर-1 ए खड़ग मंगोली को कवर करता है। वार्ड नं0 13 ः- सेक्टर-3, सेक्टर-21 व राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के मिलन बिन्दु से पूर्व की ओर सेक्टर-21 व सेक्टर-3 की डिवाईडिंग रोड से होते हुए घघर पुल के साथ पंजाब की सीमा तक तथा यहां से दक्षिण की पंजाब की सीमा व सेक्टर-21 की सीमा के साथ-2 होते हुए सेक्टर-20 व सेक्टर-21 की डिवाईडिंग रोड तक तथा यहां से पष्चिम की ओर सेक्टर-20 व सेक्टर-21 की डिवाईडिंग रोड से होते हुए नेषनल हाईवे तक तथा नेषनल हाईवे से पूर्व-उत्तर दिषा से सेक्टर-21, महेषपुर व राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग की सीमा से होते हुए प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु, सेक्टर-3, सेक्टर-21 व राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के मिलन बिन्दु तक, यह वार्ड सेक्टर-21 व महेषपुर को कवर करता है। वार्ड नं0 14 ः- सेक्टर-20, सेक्टर-21 व पंजाब की सीमा के मिलन बिन्दु से पष्चिम की ओर सेक्टर-21, सेक्टर-20 के डिवाईडिंग रोड से होते हुए राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग तक तथा राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग से दक्षिण की ओर राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग व सेक्टर-20 की सीमा से होते हुए सेक्टर-20 के राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के पुल की ट्रैफिक लाईटों तक तथा यहां से पूर्व की ओर बुथ मार्केट के सामने से पुलिस थाना की तरफ दक्षिणी कोने से होते हुए पूर्वी दिषा की तरफ पार्क टाउन फोरेस्ट एचएसवीपी की खाली जमीन से होते हुए बी रोड तक। यहां से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर 104 नं0 सोसाईटी तक। यहां से पष्चिम दिषा में 105 नं0 सोसाईटी से दक्षिण-पष्चिम की तरफ
