संख्या 18/173/2020-5क-ा हरियाणा नगर पालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियमावली, 1977 के नियम-9 के उपबन्धों के अनुसरण में तथा इस सम्बन्ध में पूर्व में जारी सभी आदेषों/अधिसूचनाओं को निरस्त करते हुये, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल द्वारा नगर पालिका, सढौरा, जिला-यमुनानगर के वार्डों के परिसीमन हेतु निम्नलिखित प्रस्ताव उन व्यक्तियाें की जानकारी हेतु प्रकाषित किया जाता है, जिनको इससे प्रभावित होने की सम्भावना है।
इसके द्वारा नोटिस दिया जाता है कि इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाषन की तिथि से 10 दिन की अवधि समाप्ति पर या इसके पष्चात् सरकार, ऐसे आक्षेपों अथवा सुझावों, यदि कोई हो, जो अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव, हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग/महानिदेषक, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय, हरियाणा, पंचकुला द्वारा उपायुक्त, यमुनानगर के माध्यम से किसी व्यक्ति से प्रस्ताव के सम्बन्ध में इस प्रकार की विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि की समाप्ति से पूर्व प्राप्त किये जायें, विचार करेगी।

पर प्रारभिक बिंदु 'I' जहां नगरपालिका की सीमा आरम्भ होती है, से उत्तर पूर्व दिशा में अनाज मंडी और बस स्टैंड के सामने से होते हुए हिंदू स्कूल की दुकानों तक। हिंदू स्कूल की दुकानों से पूर्व दिशा में सामान्य अस्पताल रोड पर, सामान्य अस्पताल के सामने से होकर तेजपाल और सतपाल की दुकानों तक। तेजपाल और सतपाल की दुकानों से दक्षिण दिशा में —ष्णा देवी पत्नी हरीश की दुकान तक। —ष्णा देवी पत्नी हरीश की दुकान से दक्षिण पश्चिम दिशा की ओर धरमचंद पटवारी के घर तक। धरमचंद पटवारी के घर से दक्षिण दिशा की ओर गौशाला रोड पर बिंदु 'J' तक। बिंदु 'J' से पश्चिम दिशा में नगरपालिका सीमा के साथ-साथ होते हुए प्रारम्भिक नगरपालिका की सीमा के साथ-साथ चलते हुए ईदगाह रास्ते से होते हुए मोहन लाल के घर तक जो कि प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'K' है। वार्ड नं0 09ः- प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'L' जगदीश चंद की दुकान से दक्षिण दिशा में खारा कुआँ चौक से होते हुए सुरेंद्र के घर तक। सुरेंद्र के घर से दक्षिण दिशा में बलराम के घर तक। बलराम के घर से दक्षिण पश्चिम दिशा में दादा खेड़ा के सामने से होते हुए शिव मंदिर तक। शिव मंदिर से उत्तर पश्चिम दिशा में No. 18/173/2020-5C1.— In pursuance of the provision of Rule-9 of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Wards Rules, 1977 and in supersession of all previous orders/notification issued in this behalf, the Governor of Haryana hereby publish the following proposal for the delimitation of the wards of Municipal Committee, Sadhaura, District–Yamunanagar for information of the persons likely to be affected thereby.
Notice is hereby given that the proposal will be taken into consideration by the Government on or after the expiry of period of 10 days from the date of publication of this order in the official gazette, together with objections and suggestions if any, which may be received by the Additional Chief Secretary to Government of Haryana, Urban Local Bodies Department/ Director General Urban Local Bodies, Haryana, Panchkula through Deputy Commissioner, Yamunanagar from any person in respect of the proposal before the expiry of the period so specified.
