संख्या 7/1/2020-2 मंत्रिमण्डल. - भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 166 के खण्ड (2) तथा (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये, मैं, सत्यदेव नारायण आर्य, राज्यपाल, हरियाणा, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा सरकार कार्य संचालन नियम, 1977, को आगे संषोधित करने के लिये निम्नलिखित नियम बनाता हूँ , अर्थात्‌ :-

1. ये नियम हरियाणा सरकार कार्य संचालन (संषोधन) नियम, 2020, कहे जा सकते हैं ।

2. हरियाणा सरकार कार्य संचालन नियम, 1977 (जिसे, इसमें, इसके बाद, उक्त नियम कहा गया है) में, ''अनुसूची'' षब्द, जहां कहीं भी आये, के स्थान पर, ''अनुसूची-।'' षब्द तथा अंक प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे।

3. उक्त नियमों में, नियम 50-ख के बाद, निम्नलिखित नियम रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्‌ :-

''50-ग मंत्रीपरिषद, समय-समय पर, अनुसूची-II में विनिर्दिष्ट मामलों पर, टिप्पणी करने, परीक्षण करने तथा निर्णय करने के लिए परिषद्‌ की स्थायी समितियों का गठन कर सकती है ।''।

4. उक्त नियमों में, विद्यमान अनुसूची के बाद, अन्त में निम्नलिखित अनुसूची जोड़ी जाएगी, अर्थात्‌ :-

"अनुसूची-II

(देखिए नियम 50ग)

परिषद्‌ की स्थायी समितियां तथा उनके —त्य

1	प्रषासकीय रिपोर्टों पर स्थायी समिति	परिषद्‌ के सम्मुख, समय-समय पर, रखी गई विभागों की प्रषासनिक रिपोर्ट पर टिप्पणी करना, परीक्षण करना तथा निर्णय करना।''।

No. 7/1/2020-2 Cabinet.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (2) and (3) of article 166 of the Constitution of India, I, Satyadeo Narain Arya, Governor of Haryana, hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Rules of Business of the Government of Haryana, 1977, namely:-

1. These rules may be called the Rules of Business of the Government of Haryana (Amendment) Rules, 2020.

2. In the Rules of Business of the Government of Haryana, 1977 (hereinafter called the said rules), for the word "Schedule" wherever occurring, the word and figure "Schedule I" shall be substituted.

3. In the said rules, after rule 50B, the following rule shall be inserted, namely:-

"50C. The Council of Ministers may constitute Standing Committees of the Council to note, examine and take decisions on matters as may be specified in Schedule II, from time to time.".

4. In the said rules, after existing Schedule, the following Schedule shall be added, namely:-

"SCHEDULE II

STANDING COMMITTEES OF THE COUNCIL AND THEIR FUNCTIONS :-
