संख्या 18/148/2020-3क1.- हरियाणा नगरपालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियमावली, 1977 के नियम-10 तथा हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या 18/148/2020-3क1, दिनांक 20 जुलाई, 2020 के सन्दर्भ में तथा इस सम्बन्ध में पूर्व में सभी जारी आदेशों/अधिसूचनाओं को निरस्त करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा नगरपालिका, ईस्माईलाबाद, जिला-कुरुक्षेत्र के वार्डों के परिसीमन हेतु निम्न अनुसार प्रकाशित करते हैं :-

सीमाओं की अनुसूची

वार्ड नं० 01ः- उत्तर दिशा में बिंदु 'A' (जकि प्रारम्भिक बिंदु है) से नए अम्बाला चंडीगढ़ राजमार्ग पर शुरू होकर जहां नगरपालिका की सीमा शुरू होती है, यहाँ से दक्षिण पूर्व दिशा में चलते हुए गौशाला के सामने से दक्षिण पश्चिम दिशा में होते हुए निशा कम्यूनीकेशन तक। निशा कम्यूनीकेशन से पुराने राजमार्ग पर उत्तर दिशा की ओर, जहाँ नगरपालिका की सीमा समाप्ति बिंदु तक। यहां से उत्तर पूर्व दिशा में नगरपालिका की सीमा के साथ-साथ चलते हुए प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'A' तक। वार्ड नं० 02ः- प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'B' ठसका रोड पर लालचंद के घर से शुरू होकर नए अंबाला चंडीगढ़ हाईवे पर उत्तर दिशा की तरफ चलते हुए गुलशन वाधवा के खेत तक। गुलशन वाधवा के खेत से पश्चिम दिशा में स्प्रिंग ढेल स्कूल के पीछे की तरफ से होते हुए, गर्ग की दुकान के सामने से होते हुए राजू मेडिकोज तक। राजू मेडिकोज से पश्चिम दिशा में हुए पोली ड्राइवर के घर तक। पोली ड्राइवर के घर से उत्तर दिशा में सिंदरपाल के घर तक। सिंदरपाल के घर से उत्तर पूर्व दिशा में रामपाल के घर तक। रामपाल के घर से उत्तर दिशा की ओर पुराना शिव मंदिर तक। यहाँ से पूर्व दिशा की ओर ताराचंद धर्मचंद की दुकान तक। ताराचंद धर्मचंद की दुकान से उत्तर दिशा में चलते हुए गुरु नानक स्टोर तक। यहाँ से पूर्व दिशा की ओर नए अंबाला चंडीगढ़ हाईवे पर जोगिंदर लाल शर्मा के खेत तक। जोगिंदर लाल शर्मा के खेत से उत्तर दिशा की ओर जाते हुए नगरपालिका की सीमा तक। यहाँ से पूर्व दिशा में नगरपालिका की सीमा के साथ-साथ चलते हुए लालचंद के घर तक जकि प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'B' है।

वार्ड नं० 03ः- प्रारंभिक बिंदु 'C' ठसका रोड पर संतोष पैलेस से शुरू होकर पश्चिम दिशा में चलते हुए राम मिष्ठान भंडार की तक। राम मिष्ठान भंडार से दक्षिण दिशा में अशोक कुमार के घर तक। अशोक कुमार के घर से पश्चिम दिशा की ओर सिंह मेडिकोज तक। सिंह मेडिकोज से पुराने राजमार्ग पर उत्तर पूर्व दिशा मेें चलते हुए गर्ग की दुकान तक। गर्ग की दुकान से पूर्व दिशा में स्प्रिंग ढेल स्कूल के सामने से होते हुए नए अंबाला चंडीगढ़ राजमार्ग पर दक्षिण दिशा में संतोष पैलेस तक जकि प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'C' है।

वार्ड नं० 04ः- प्रारंभिक बिंदु 'D' रहेजा के घर से दक्षिण दिशा की ओर हरीश खुराना के घर तक। हरीश खुराना के घर से पश्चिम दिशा में जय भगवान शर्मा की दुकान तक। जय भगवान शर्मा की दुकान से उत्तर दिशा में जीत ऑटो वर्क्स तक। जीत ऑटो वर्क्स से पूर्व दिशा में अशोक सोडा के घर तक। अशोक सोडा के घर से उत्तर दिशा की ओर राजू वाधवा की दुकानों तक। राजू वाधवा की दुकानों से दक्षिण पूर्व दिशा में रहेजा के घर तक जकि प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'D' है।

(EXTRA.), SEPT. 18, 2020 (BHDR. 27, 1942 SAKA) 1993 वार्ड नं० 05ः- दक्षिण दिशा में नगरपालिका की सीमा पर प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'E' से शुरू होकर उत्तर पूर्व दिशा में साईं नाथ मंदिर वाली गली तक। यहाँ से पूर्व दिशा में चलते हुए वक्फ़ बोर्ड की परिसीमन तक। वक्फ़ बोर्ड की परिसीमन से पूर्व दिशा में काला सब्जी वाले की दुकान तक।इस दुकान से पुराने राजमार्ग पर दक्षिण दिशा में चलते हुए अरोड़ा सीमेंट स्टोर तक। यहाँ से पूर्व दिशा में चलते हुए पुरानी अनाज मंडी से गुजरते हुए महेन्द्र सिंह गुम्बर के घर तक। महेन्द्र सिंह गुम्बर के घर से उत्तर दिशा में गुरुद्वारा कुटिया तक। गुरुद्वारा कुटिया से पूर्व दिशा की तरफ ठसका रोड पर नगरपालिका की सीमा समाप्ति बिंदु तक। यहाँ से दक्षिण दिशा में नगरपालिका की सीमा के साथ-साथ चलते हुए प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'E' तक।

वार्ड नं० 06ः- प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'F' राजेंद्र के घर से शुरू होकर उत्तर पूर्व दिशा में घर के ऊपर से होते हुए शक्ति के घर तक। शक्ति के घर से उत्तर दिशा की ओर कुलविंदर सिंह के घर तक। कुलविंदर सिंह के घर से पूर्व दिशा की ओर जोगिंदर सिंह के घर तक। जोगिंदर सिंह के घर से उत्तर पूर्व दिशा की ओर नरेंद्र के घर तक। नरेंद्र के घर से पूर्व दिशा की ओर गुरुमुख के घर तक। गुरुमुख के घर से उत्तर दिशा की ओर ओमप्रकाश के घर तक। ओमप्रकाश के घर से पूर्व दिशा में रतीराम के घर तक। रतीराम के घर से दक्षिण पूर्व दिशा में गुलशन गाँधी की दुकान तक। गुलशन गाँधी की दुकान से दक्षिण दिशा में शीतल की दुकान तक। शीतल की दुकान से पूर्व दिशा की ओर हनुमान मंदिर तक। हनुमान मंदिर से पुराने राजमार्ग पर दक्षिण दिशा में मोहन सिंगला की दुकान तक। मोहन सिंगला की दुकान से पश्चिम दिशा की ओर से राजेंद्र के घर तक जो कि प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'F' है।

वार्ड नं० 07ः- प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'G' राजकुमार के घर से शुरु होकर दक्षिण दिशा की ओर पॉली ड्राइवर के घर तक। पॉली ड्राइवर के घर से पूर्व दिशा की ओर जयपाल की दुकान तक। जयपाल की दुकान से पुराने राजमार्ग पर दक्षिण दिशा की ओर हांडा चक्की तक। हांडा चक्की से पश्चिम दिशा की ओर शीतल की दुकान तक। शीतल की दुकान से उत्तर दिशा की ओर गुलशन गाँधी की दुकान तक। गुलशन गाँधी से पश्चिम दिशा की ओर हरिजन चोपाल तक। हरिजन चोपाल से पश्चिम दिशा की ओर सतीश कंसल के घर तक। यहाँ से पश्चिम दिशा में अनिल कुमार की घर तक। अनिल कुमार के घर से दक्षिण दिशा में धर्मचंद के घर तक। धर्मचंद के घर से पश्चिम दिशा में मोहनलाल के घर तक। मोहनलाल के घर से उत्तर दिशा की ओर हरिचंद शर्मा के घर तक। हरिचंद शर्मा के घर से पश्चिम दिशा में डॉ उपेन्द्र के घर तक। डॉ उपेन्द्र के घर से उत्तर दिशा में पुराने बाजार में कुएं तक। पुराना बाजार में कुएं से पश्चिम दिशा में प्रीत लाल के घर तक। प्रीत लाल के घर से उत्तर दिशा की ओर तरुण शर्मा के घर तक। तरुण शर्मा के घर से पूर्व दिशा की ओर राजकुमार के घर तक जो कि प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'G' है।

वार्ड नं० 08ः- प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'H' रमेश कालड़ा के घर से पूर्व दिशा की ओर चंद्रभान बजाज के घर तक। चंद्रभान बजाज के घर से दक्षिण दिशा की ओर पवन शर्मा के घर तक। पवन शर्मा के घर से पश्चिम दिशा की ओर शिव शक्ति मंदिर तक। शिव शक्ति मंदिर से दक्षिण दिशा में फूल सिंह के घर तक। फूल सिंह के घर से पश्चिम दिशा में जानकी देवी के घर तक। जानकी देवी के घर से उत्तर दिशा की ओर हकीम की दुकान तक। अब हकीम की दुकान से पश्चिम दिशा में धनपत राम की दुकान तक। धनपत राम की दुकान से उत्तर दिशा की ओर प्राथमिक विद्यालय तक। प्राथमिक विद्यालय से पूर्व दिशा में दादा खेड़ा मंदिर के सामने से होते हुए मोहनलाल सिंगला के घर तक। मोहनलाल सिंगला के घर से उत्तर दिशा में रमेश कालड़ा के घर तक जो कि प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'H' है।

वार्ड नं० 09ः- प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'I' (जकि प्राथमिक विद्यालय के उत्तर दिशा के सामने है) से दक्षिण दिशा में सोनू प्रजापत के घर तक। सोनू प्रजापत के घर से पश्चिम दिशा में रामप्रकाश के घर तक। रामप्रकाश के घर से दक्षिण दिशा की ओर हबीब के घर तक। हबीब के घर से पश्चिम दिशा की ओर किशोरी आटा चक्की तक। किशोरी आटा चक्की से उत्तर दिशा में जय गुरुदेव स्कूल तक। जय गुरुदेव स्कूल से पूर्व दिशा की ओर अंगूरी देवी के घर तक। अंगूरी देवी के घर से दक्षिण दिशा में रामकुमार के घर तक। रामकुमार के घर से पूर्व दिशा में लाजपत के घर तक। लाजपत के घर से उत्तर दिशा में तरसेम के घर तक। तरसेम के घर से पूर्व दिशा में घर के ऊपर से होते हुए दक्षिण दिशा में डॉ कपूर के घर तक। डॉ कपूर के घर से पूर्व की ओर घर के साथ-साथ जाते हुए दक्षिण दिशा में मोहन सिंगला के घर तक। मोहन सिंगला के घर से पूर्व दिशा में बालकिशन के घर तक। बालकिशन के घर सेे उत्तर दिशा में बिशन सिंह बग्गा के घर तक। बिशन सिंह बग्गा के घर से पूर्व दिशा में गुलशन के घर तक। गुलशन के घर से दक्षिण दिशा में बृजमोहन के घर तक। बृजमोहन के घर से पश्चिम दिशा में दादा खेड़ा के सामने से, सोम प्रकाश बंसल के घर के सामने से प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'I' तक।

वार्ड नं० 10ः- प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'J' दीपक के घर से उत्तर पश्चिम दिशा में बाला जी कोचिंग सेंटर तक। बाला जी कोचिंग सेंटर से दक्षिण पश्चिम दिशा में सोनी राम के घर तक। सोनी राम के घर के उत्तर पूर्व दिशा में, जय शिव गोरख टिम्बर की दुकान तक। जय शिव गोरख टिम्बर की दुकान से पूर्व दिशा में चलते हुए गोरखनाथ धाम मंदिर तक। गोरखनाथ धाम मंदिर से उत्तर दिशा में, इसके पीछे वाली गली से पूर्व दिशा में, अशोक कुमार की दुकान के सामने से भूपेन्द्र के घर तक। भूपेन्द्र के घर से दक्षिण दिशा की ओर दितेन्द्र भांवरा के घर तक। दितेन्द्र भांवरा के घर से पूर्व दिशा में सन्नी कालड़ा के घर तक। सन्नी कालड़ा के घर से पूर्व दिशा में चमन लाल के घर तक। चमन लाल के घर से दक्षिण दिशा में प्रेम के घर तक। प्रेम के घर से दक्षिण पश्चिम दिशा में सरज के घर तक। सरज के घर से सीनियर सेकेंडरी स्कूल के पूर्व दिशा वाली गली तक। अब इस गली से दक्षिण पश्चिम दिशा में साईं नाथ मंदिर के सामने से, दक्षिण पश्चिम दिशा में दीपक के घर तक जो कि प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'J' है।1994 HARYANA GOVT. (EXTRA.), SEPT. 18, 2020 (BHDR. 27, 1942 SAKA) वार्ड नं० 11ः- पश्चिम दिशा में प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'K' जहां नगरपालिका की सीमा शुरू होती है से पूर्व दिशा की ओर भारत शिक्षा निकेतन स्कूल के सामने से जयपाल के घर तक। जयपाल के घर से पूर्व दिशा में दर्शन की दुकानों तक। दर्शन की दुकानों से दक्षिण पश्चिम दिशा में बिशन चंद की दुकान तक। बिशन चंद की दुकान से पूर्व दिशा में रवि प्रकाश के घर तक। रवि प्रकाश के घर से दक्षिण दिशा की ओर, रानी के घर के सामने से दक्षिण दिशा में नगरपालिका की सीमा समाप्ति बिंदु तक। यहाँ से पश्चिम दिशा में नगरपालिका की सीमा के साथ-साथ होते हुए प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'K' तक।

वार्ड नं० 12ः- पश्चिम दिशा में रोशनपुर रोड पर प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'L' से आरम्भ होकर जहाँ नगरपालिका की सीमा आरम्भ होती है से पूर्व दिशा में चलते हुए रमेश की दुकानों तक जाएँ। रमेश की दुकानों से दक्षिण दिशा की ओर मदन गोपाल की दुकान तक। मदन गोपाल की दुकान से दक्षिण पश्चिम दिशा की ओर संत राम के घर तक। संत राम के घर से पश्चिम दिशा में सोना देवी के घर के सामने से होते हुए पश्चिम दिशा में नगरपालिका की सीमा समाप्ति बिंदु तक। यहाँ से उत्तर पश्चिम दिशा में नगरपालिका की सीमा के साथ साथ होते हुए प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'L' तक।

वार्ड नं० 13ः- उत्तर दिशा में पुराने राजमार्ग पर जहां नगरपालिका की सीमा शुरू होती है प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'M' से दक्षिण दिशा में चलते हुए गोयल किरयाना स्टोर तक। गोयल किरयाना स्टोर से पूर्व दिशा में गौशाला के सामने से होते हुए नए अंबाला चंडीगढ़ राजमार्ग पर त्रिलोक सिंह के खेत तक। त्रिलोक सिंह के खेत से दक्षिण पूर्व दिशा में जोगिंदर लाल शर्मा के खेत तक। जोगिंदर लाल शर्मा के खेत से दक्षिण पश्चिम दिशा में यूके एल्युमिनियम (नई अनाज मंडी के सामने) तक। यूके एल्युमिनियम से दक्षिण दिशा में पुराने शिव मंदिर की दुकानों तक। पुराने शिव मंदिर की दुकानों से पश्चिम दिशा की ओर पुराने शिव मंदिर तक। पुराने शिव मंदिर से दक्षिण दिशा की तरफ श्यामलाल के घर तक। श्यामलाल के घर से पश्चिम दिशा में नया शिव मंदिर तक। नया शिव मंदिर से दक्षिण दिशा में जयभगवान के घर तक। जयभगवान के घर से पश्चिम दिशा में अमरजीत के घर तक। अमरजीत के घर से उत्तर दिशा की ओर गोगा मेडी तक। गोगा मेडी से पश्चिम दिशा में रोशनपुर रोड पर चलते हुए नगरपालिका सीमा समाप्ति बिंदु तक। यहाँ से उत्तर दिशा में नगरपालिका की सीमा के साथ-साथ होते हुए प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'M' तक।

No. 18/148/2020-3C1.— In pursuance of the provision of Rule–10 of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Wards Rules, 1977 and with reference to Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department notification no. 18/148/2020–3C1, dated 20th July, 2020 and in supersession of all previous orders/notifications issued in this behalf, the Governor of Haryana hereby publish the delimitation of the wards of Municipal Committee, Ismailabad, District–Kurukshetra as under :–

SCHEDULE OF BOUNDARIES

Ward No. 01:– Starting from the point 'A' (which is the starting point) in north direction on new Ambala Chandigarh highway where limit of municipal committee starts, move in south-east direction from the front of goushala to south-west direction towards Nisha Comminucation. Nisha Comminucation to north direction on Old Highway to the ending point of limit of municipal committee. From here moving towards north east direction along with limit of municipal committee to starting point 'A'.

Ward No. 02:– Starting from the point 'B' on Thaska road from Lalchand's house to north direction on new Ambala Chandigarh highway, moving towards west direction to Gulshan Wadhwa's field. Moving from Gulshan Wadhwa's field towards back side of Spring Dale School, starting from front side of Garg's shop to Raju Medicose. From Raju Medicose to west direction till Poly Driver's house. From Pauli Driver's house to north direction till Sinderpal's House. Moving towards north east direction from Sinderpal's House to Rampal's house. Rampal's house to north direction till Old Shiv Temple. From here moving towards east direction till Tarachand Dharmchand's shop.From Tarachand Dharmchand's shop moving towards north direction towards Guru Nanak Store. Guru Nanak Store to east direction on new Ambala Chandigarh highway to Joginder Lal Sharma's field. Joginder Lal Sharma's field to north direction to the point where it meets with boundary of municipal committee. From here moving towards east direction along with limit of municipal committee till Lalchand's house which is the starting point 'B'.

Ward No. 03:– Starting from point 'C' Santosh Palace on Thaska road to west direction towards Ram Misthan Bhandar. Ram Misthan Bhandar to south direction till Ashok Kumar's house. From Ashok Kumar's house to west direction till Singh Medicose. Singh Medicose to north east direction along with Old Highway till Garg's Shop. Garg's Shop to east direction in front of Spring Dale Public School along with new Ambala Chandigarh highway to south direction till Santosh Palace which is the starting point 'C'.

Ward No. 04:– Starting from point 'D' Raheja's House to south direction till Harish Khurana's house. From Harish Khurana's house move in west direction towards Jai Bhagwan Sharma's Shop. Jai Bhagwan Sharma's Shop to north direction till Jeet Auto Works. Move in east direction from Jeet auto Works to Ashok Shoda's house. Ashok Shoda's house to north direction till Raju Wadhwa's shops. Starting from Raju Wadhwa's shops to south east direction till Raheja's House which is starting point 'D'.

Ward No. 05:– Starting from point 'E' which is in south direction on municipal committee boundary to north east direction towards Sai Nath Temple's street. Walking in east direction through Waqf Board limitation. Waqf Board limitation to east direction till Kala Vegetable Seller's shop. From this shop moving towards south west direction on Old Highway till Arora Cement Store. Arora Cement Store to east direction along with Old Grain Market to Mahender Singh Gumbar's house. From Mahender Singh Gumbar's house move in north direction till Gurudwara Kutiya. Gurudwara Kutiya to east direction on Thaska road where municipal committee limit ends. From here moving towards south direction along with limits of municipal committee to the starting point 'E'.

Ward No. 06:– Starting from point 'F' Rajender's house to north east direction over the house to Shakti's house. Shakti's house to north direction till Kulwinder Singh's house. Kulwinder Singh's house to east direction till Joginder Singh's house. Starting from Joginder Singh's house to north-east direction till Narender's house. Narender's house to east direction till Gurmukh's Singh house. Gurmukh's Singh house to north direction till Omparkash house. From Omparkash house to east direction till Ratiram's house. Ratiram's house to south east direction till Gulshan Ghandi's shop. Gulshan Ghandi's shop to south direction till Shital's shop. Now moving from Shital's shop to east direction till Hanuman Temple. Hanuman Temple to south direction on Old highway till Mohan Singla's shop. From Mohan Singla's shop to west direction till Rajender's house which is starting point 'F'.

Ward No. 07:– Starting from point 'G' Rajkumar's house to south direction till Poly Driver's house. Poly Driver's house to east direction till Jaipal's shop. Jaipal's shop to south direction on Old highway towards Handa Chakki. Moving from Handa Chakki to west direction till Shital's shop. From Shital's shop to north direction till Gulshan Ghandi's shop. Gulshan Ghandi's shop to west direction till Harijan Chopal. Harijan Chopal to south west direction till Satish Kansal's house. From here moving towards to west direction towards Anil Kumar's house. Anil Kumar's house to south direction till Dharamchand's house. From Dharamchand's house to west direction till Mohanlal's house. Mohanlal's house to north direction till Harichand Sharma's house. Harichand Sharma's house to west direction till Dr. Upender's house. Dr. Upender's house to north direction till well in old market. Now moving in west direction from Well in old market to Preet lal's house. Preet lal's house to north direction till Tarun Sharma's house. Ward No. 09:– Starting from point 'I' (which is in front of north direction of Primary school) to south direction till Sonu Prjapat house.
