संख्या 18/173/2020-5क1.- हरियाणा नगरपालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियमावली, 1977 के नियम-10 तथा हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या 18/173/2020-5क1, दिनांक 19 अगस्त, 2020 के सन्दर्भ में तथा इस सम्बन्ध में पूर्व में सभी जारी आदेशों/अधिसूचनाओं को निरस्त करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा नगर पालिका, सढौरा, जिला-यमुनानगर के वार्डों के परिसीमन हेतु निम्न अनुसार प्रकाशित करते हैं :-
सीमाओं की अनुसूची
वार्ड नं० 01ः- तहसील रोड पर बिंदु 'A' (जकि प्रारम्भिक बिंदु है) जहां नगरपालिका की सीमा मिलती है, से पश्चिम दिशा में जलघर तक। जलघर से दक्षिण पूर्व दिशा में देवेंद्र कुमार के प्लॉट तक। देवेंद्र कुमार के प्लॉट से दक्षिण पश्चिम दिशा की ओर अमीर चंद के घर तक। अमीर चंद के घर से दक्षिण पूर्व दिशा की ओर अशोक कुमार के घर तक। अशोक कुमार के घर से दक्षिण दिशा की ओर सतीश आहूजा के घर तक। सतीश आहूजा के घर से दक्षिण पश्चिम दिशा में सतपाल के घर तक। सतपाल के घर से पश्चिम दिशा में —ष्ण लाल शर्मा के घर तक। —ष्ण लाल शर्मा के घर से दक्षिण दिशा की ओर घनश्याम दास के घर तक। घनश्याम दास के घर से पश्चिम उत्तर दिशा में ओमप्रकाश के घर तक। ओमप्रकाश के घर से पश्चिम दिशा की ओर डॉ विपिन के घर तक। डॉ विपिन के घर से उत्तर दिशा में नरेश वर्मा (राममूर्ति की हवेली) के घर तक। नरेश वर्मा (राममूर्ति की हवेली) के घर से पश्चिम दिशा में उर्मिला जैन के घर तक। उर्मिला जैन के घर से उत्तर पूर्व दिशा में वक्फ बोर्ड (मास्टर महेंदर) तक। वक्फ बोर्ड (मास्टर महेंदर) से पश्चिम दिशा में ज्योति बाली के घर तक। ज्योति बाली के घर से पश्चिम दिशा में नरेश बख्शी के घर तक। नरेश बख्शी के घर से उत्तर दिशा में अख्तर अली के प्लॉट तक। अख्तर अली के प्लॉट से पश्चिम दिशा में तहसील रोड पर बिंदु 'B' तक जहां नगरपालिका की सीमा है, यहाँ से नगरपालिका की सीमा के साथ-साथ होते हुए प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'A' तक।
वार्ड नं० 02ः- प्रारंभिक बिंदु 'C' रणबीर सिंह के घर से पूर्व दिशा में दिलबाग शर्मा के घर तक। दिलबाग शर्मा के घर से पूर्व दिशा की ओर प्रदीप कालड़ा के घर तक। प्रदीप कालड़ा के घर से दक्षिण पश्चिम दिशा में चमन लाल के घर तक। चमन लाल के घर से पूर्व दिशा की ओर संजय कुमार के घर तक। संजय कुमार के घर से दक्षिण दिशा की ओर वक्फ बोर्ड की जमीन तक। वक्फ बोर्ड की जमीन से दक्षिण पूर्व दिशा में हरि—ष्ण के घर तक। हरि—ष्ण के घर से दक्षिण दिशा की ओर मुकेश कुमार के घर तक। मुकेश कुमार के घर से पूर्व दिशा की ओर जामा मस्जिद तक। जामा मस्जिद से पूर्व दक्षिण दिशा की ओर श्रवण की दुकानों तक। श्रवण की दुकानों से दक्षिण दिशा में राकेश खुल्लर पुत्र संतोष खुल्लर की दुकान तक। राकेश खुल्लर पुत्र संतोष खुल्लर की दुकान से पश्चिम दिशा की ओर सुमित चुघ की सीएससी तक। सुमित चुघ की सीएससी

वार्ड नं० 03ः- प्रारंभिक बिंदु 'D' देशराज के घर से पश्चिम दिशा में उर्मिला रानी के घर तक। उर्मिला रानी के घर से दक्षिण दिशा की ओर बलदेव राज की दुकान तक। बलदेव राज की दुकान से पश्चिम दिशा में अमित की दुकान तक। अमित की दुकान से दक्षिण दिशा की ओर सुभाष की दुकान तक। सुभाष की दुकान से पश्चिम दिशा की ओर आनंद फुट वियर (बोबी) तक। आनंद फुट वियर (बोबी) से उत्तर दिशा में राजकुमार की दुकान तक। राजकुमार की दुकान से पश्चिम दिशा की ओर शांति देवी पत्नी वीरेंद्र वर्मा के घर तक। शांति देवी पत्नी वीरेंद्र वर्मा के घर से उत्तर दिशा में अनुराधा पत्नी धर्मवीर के घर तक। अनुराधा पत्नी धर्मवीर के घर से उत्तर दिशा की ओर राजीन कुमार पुत्र सुरेंद्र कुमार के घर तक। राजीन कुमार पुत्र सुरेंद्र कुमार के घर से पूर्व दिशा की ओर सनातन मंदिर तक। सनातन मंदिर के उत्तर दिशा वाली गली से पूर्व दिशा में नरेश के घर तक। नरेश के घर से दक्षिण दिशा में कश्मीरी लाल के घर तक। कश्मीरी लाल के घर से पूर्व दिशा में देशराज के घर तक जकि प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'D' है।
वार्ड नं0 04ः- प्रारंभिक बिंदु 'E' अभिषेक की दुकान से पश्चिम दिशा में लालचंद के घर तक। लालचंद के घर से उत्तर पश्चिम दिशा में मंगल राम के घर तक। मंगल राम के घर से उत्तर दिशा में चमन लाल के प्लॉट तक। चमन लाल के प्लॉट से पश्चिम दिशा में सलिन्दर के घर तक। सलिन्दर के घर से दक्षिण दिशा की ओर जगदीश दुआ के घर तक। जगदीश दुआ के घर से पश्चिम दिशा की ओर साहिल की दुकानों तक। साहिल की दुकानों से उत्तर पूर्व दिशा में जलघर तक। जलघर से उत्तर पश्चिम दिशा में तहसील रोड पर स्थित जलघर तक। इस जलघर से पूर्व दिशा में रोजे वाला पूल के सामने तक। रोजे वाला पूल के सामने से पूर्व दिशा में निसार अली की दुकानों तक। निसार अली की दुकानों से दक्षिण दिशा में रविदास मंदिर के सामने से होते हुए अभिषेक की दुकान तक जकि प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'E' है।
वार्ड नं० 05ः- प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'F' नवासी राम की दुकान (सैनी इलेक्ट्रिक्स) से दक्षिण दिशा में प्र]लाद की दुकान (नगरपालिका की दुकान) तक। प्र]लाद की दुकान (नगरपालिका की दुकान) से पश्चिम दिशा में नरेंद्र पुत्र मदन लाल की दुकान तक। नरेंद्र पुत्र मदनलाल की दुकान से उत्तर दिशा की ओर सचिन वर्मा की दुकान तक। सचिन वर्मा की दुकान से पूर्व दिशा की ओर पिंकी के घर तक। पिंकी के घर से उत्तर दिशा में ओमप्रकाश के घर तक। ओमप्रकाश के घर से पूर्व दिशा की ओर नवासी राम की दुकान (सैनी इलेक्ट्रिक्स) तक जकि प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'F' है।
वार्ड नं० 06ः- गौशाला रोड पर बिंदु प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'G' जहां नगरपालिका की सीमा आरम्भ होती हैै, से उत्तर दिशा में गजेंद्र सेठ की खाली जगह तक। गजेंद्र सेठ की खाली जगह से उत्तर दिशा में तोरावाला तालाब मंदिर तक। तोरावाला तालाब मंदिर से पश्चिम दिशा की ओर सामान्य अस्पताल रोड चलते हुए सुनीता पत्नी सतपाल बत्रा की दुकान तक। सुनीता पत्नी सतपाल बत्रा की दुकान से उत्तर दिशा में पंजाब नेशनल बैंक के सामने से होते हुए, कोटला रोड पर चलते हुए, डीएवी कॉलेज की खाली जगह (3.5 एकड़) तक। डीएवी कॉलेज की खाली जगह (3.5 एकड़) से उत्तर पश्चिम दिशा में तहसील रोड पर जहाँ नगरपालिका की सीमा बिंदु 'H' पर काटती है। बिंदु 'H' से पूर्व दिशा में नगरपालिका सीमा के साथ-साथ होते हुए प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'G' तक।
वार्ड नं० 07ः- दो सड़का रोड पर प्रारभिक बिंदु 'I' जहां नगरपालिका की सीमा आरम्भ होती है, से उत्तर पूर्व दिशा में अनाज मंडी और बस स्टैंड के सामने से होते हुए हिंदू स्कूल की दुकानों तक। हिंदू स्कूल की दुकानों से पूर्व दिशा में सामान्य अस्पताल रोड पर, सामान्य अस्पताल के सामने से होकर तेजपाल और सतपाल की दुकानों तक। तेजपाल और सतपाल की दुकानों से दक्षिण दिशा मे —ष्णा देवी पत्नी हरीश की दुकान तक। —ष्णा देवी पत्नी हरीश की दुकान से दक्षिण पश्चिम दिशा की ओर धरमचंद पटवारी के घर तक। धरमचंद पटवारी के घर से दक्षिण दिशा की ओर गौशाला रोड पर बिंदु 'J' तक। बिंदु 'J' से पश्चिम दिशा में नगरपालिका सीमा के साथ-साथ होते हुए प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'I' तक।
वार्ड नं० 08ः- प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'K' मोहन लाल के घर से उत्तर दिशा की ओर अशोक राणा पुत्र रोशन लाल के घर तक। अशोक राणा पुत्र रोशन लाल के घर से पूर्व दिशा में उधव मंदिर के सामने से होते हुए मान सिंह भगत के घर तक। मान सिंह भगत के घर से उत्तर दिशा की ओर सोहन लाल मास्टर के घर तक। सोहन लाल मास्टर के घर से पूर्व दिशा की ओर रामपाल राणा के घर तक। रामपाल राणा के घर से दक्षिण पूर्व दिशा में सुंदरा देवी के घर तक। सुंदरा देवी के घर से उत्तर पूर्व दिशा में, दादा खेड़ा के सामने से होकर झूरा वाली गली से कस्तूरी लाल की दुकान (खारा कुआँ चौक) तक। कस्तूरी लाल की दुकान (खारा कुआँ चौक) से दक्षिण पूर्व दिशा में मोहन लाल पुत्र रघुनंदन की दुकान (नगरपालिका की दुकानें) तक। मोहन लाल पुत्र रघुनंदन की दुकान (नगरपालिका की दुकानें) से बाज़ार रोड पर पश्चिम दिशा में दो सड़का रोड पर नगरपालिका की सीमा तक। नगरपालिका की सीमा के साथ-साथ चलते हुए ईदगाह रास्ते से होते हुए मोहन लाल के घर तक जो कि प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'K' है।
वार्ड नं० 09ः- प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'L' जगदीश चंद की दुकान से दक्षिण दिशा में खारा कुआँ चौक से होते हुए सुरेंद्र के घर तक। सुरेंद्र के घर से दक्षिण दिशा में बलराम के घर तक। बलराम के घर से दक्षिण पश्चिम दिशा में दादा खेड़ा के सामने से होते हुए शिव मंदिर तक। शिव मंदिर से उत्तर पश्चिम दिशा में मामराज कानूनगो के घर तक। मामराज कानूनगो के घर से उत्तर दिशा की ओर पवन कुमार के घर तक। पवन कुमार के घर से उत्तर दिशा में मंगत राम के घर तक। मंगत राम के घर सेHARYANA GOVT. (EXTRA.), SEPT. 18, 2020 (BHDR. 27, 1942 SAKA) 1999 उत्तर पश्चिम दिशा में प्रवीन जैन के घर तक। प्रवीन जैन के घर से उत्तर दिशा की ओर श्वेताम्बर जैन मंदिर की दुकानों तक। श्वेताम्बर जैन मंदिर की दुकानों से पूर्व दक्षिण दिशा की ओर जगदीश चंद की दुकान तक जो कि प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'L' है। वार्ड नं० 10ः- प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'M' बलबीर पुत्र भूतचंद के प्लाट से उत्तर दिशा में पुना राम के घर तक। पूना राम के घर से पूर्व दिशा की ओर रिम्पी रानी के घर तक। रिम्पी रानी के घर से उत्तर दिशा में प्रीतमपाल की आटा चक्की तक। प्रीतमपाल की आटा चक्की से पश्चिम दिशा की ओर मृगपाल के घर तक। मृगपाल के घर से उत्तर दिशा की ओर मोहन लाल पुत्र गणेश दास के घर तक। मोहन लाल पुत्र गणेश दास के घर से पूर्व दिशा में जस्सी की दुकान तक। जस्सी की दुकान से दक्षिण दिशा की ओर स्वाला मंदिर तक। स्वाला मंदिर से दक्षिण दिशा में खादी आश्रम तक। खादी आश्रम से पश्चिम दिशा की ओर सुभाष डिपो होल्डर की दुकान तक। सुभाष डिपो होल्डर की दुकान से दक्षिण पश्चिम दिशा की ओर उधव मंदिर तक। उधव मंदिर से पश्चिम दिशा में बलबीर पुत्र भूतचंद के प्लाट तक जो कि प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'M' है।
वार्ड नं० 11ः- प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'N' से पूर्व दिशा की ओर बिच्छाराम के घर तक। बिच्छाराम के घर से दक्षिण पूर्व दिशा की ओर कश्मीरी के घर तक। कश्मीरी के घर से उत्तर पूर्व दिशा में राजरानी के घर तक। राजरानी के घर से पूर्व दिशा में खेमचंद के घर तक। खेमचंद के घर से दक्षिण दिशा में ईदगाह रास्ते से नगरपालिका की सीमा पर बिंदु 'R' तक। बिंदु 'R' से उत्तर दिशा में नगरपालिका की सीमा के साथ-साथ होते हुए प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'N' तक।
वार्ड नं० 12ः- प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'O' कासिम की दुकान (तहसील रोड पर) से दक्षिण पूर्व दिशा में मेहरबान के घर तक। मेहरबान के घर से दक्षिण पश्चिम दिशा में जलघर तक। जलघर से दक्षिण दिशा में नानक चंद के घर तक। नानक चंद के घर से पूर्व दिशा की ओर योगेश कुमार के घर तक। योगेश कुमार के घर से उत्तर पूर्व दिशा की ओर दीपक गेरा की दुकानों तक। दीपक गेरा की दुकानों से पूर्व दिशा की ओर जसबीर सिंह चड्डा की दुकान तक। जसबीर सिंह चड्डा की दुकान से दक्षिण दिशा में जसबीर सिंह चड्डा के घर तक। जसबीर सिंह चड्डा के घर से पश्चिम दिशा में रमेश कुमार की दुकान तक। रमेश कुमार की दुकान से दक्षिण दिशा की ओर जेठा राम की दुकान तक। जेठा राम की दुकान से पश्चिम दिशा में जसवीर सिंह की दुकान तक। जसवीर सिंह की दुकान से पश्चिम दिशा की ओर सम्पूर्ण सिंह के घर तक। सम्पूर्ण सिंह के घर से पश्चिम दिशा में मोहन लाल के घर तक। मोहन लाल के घर से पश्चिम दिशा में नगरपालिका की सीमा तक। नगरपालिका की सीमा के साथ-साथ होते हुए प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'O' तक।
वार्ड नं० 13ः- प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'P' देवेंद्र की दुकान से पूर्व दिशा में सिख दरवाजा के सामने से होते हुए समता योग आश्रम तक। समता योग आश्रम से दक्षिण दिशा में त्रिवेणी खेड़ा के सामने से होते हुए पदम बख्शी के घर तक। पदम बख्शी के घर से पश्चिम दिशा में सुदेश देवी के घर तक। सुदेश देवी के घर से दक्षिण दिशा में, वाल्मीकि मंदिर और सरस्वती हाई स्कूल के सामने से होते हुए हंसराज के घर तक। हंसराज के घर से पश्चिम दिशा में तनेजा आटा चक्की तक। तनेजा आटा चक्की से पश्चिम दिशा में मस्जिद तक। मस्जिद से उत्तर दिशा की ओर शशिकांत के घर तक। शशिकांत के घर से उत्तर पूर्व दिशा की ओर लाखन के घर तक। लाखन के घर से उत्तर पश्चिम दिशा में देवेंद्र की दुकान तक जो कि प्रारम्भिक बिंदु 'P' है।

No. 18/173/2020-5C1.— In pursuance of the provision of Rule-10 of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Wards Rules, 1977 and with reference to Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department notification no. 18/173/2020-5C1, dated 19th August, 2020 and in supersession of all previous orders/notifications issued in this behalf, the Governor of Haryana hereby publish the delimitation of the wards of Municipal Committee, Sadhaura, District-Yamunanagar as under:-
