Notification
The 28th September, 2020
No. 17/16/99-1TCP.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 12C of the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Act, 1963 (Punjab Act No. 41 of 1963) read with Sub-rule (4) of Rule 130 of the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Area Restriction of Unregulated Development Rules 1965, and as amended from time to time, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to appoint Shri Rajesh Kumar Sehgal, Advocate, House No. 444/19, Shakti Nagar, Green Road, Rohtak as Member (Judicial) of the Tribunal, Haryana (Town and Country Planning Department) for a period of one year or till regular appointment, whichever is earlier, with immediate effect.
The terms and conditions of appointment shall be issued later on.
