Notification
The 29th September, 2020
No. 1/92/2017–1TCP.— In the exercise of the powers conferred by Section 43 (1) and (2) of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and all other powers enabling on that behalf, the Governor of Haryana is pleased to constitute the Haryana Real Estate Appellate Tribunal w.e.f. 16.08.2018 to hear appeals preferred against the directions or decisions or orders of the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Panchkula and the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Gurugram.
Further, in exercise of power conferred by Section- 43 (4) of the Act ibid the Governor of Haryana is pleased to confer jurisdiction upon the Haryana Real Estate Appellate Tribunal to hear appeals preferred against the directions or decisions or orders of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Himachal Pardesh.
The Governor of Haryana is further pleased to specify the Principal Seat of the Tribunal at Karnal, Haryana.
