संख्या 79/जीएसटी-2.- हरियाणा माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 19), की धारा 9 की उप-धारा (3) और (4), धारा 11 की उप-धारा (1), धारा 15 की उप-धारा (5) और धारा 148 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इस बात से संतुष्ट होते हुए कि ऐसा करना जनहित में आवश्यक है, परिषद्‌ की सिफारिशों पर, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा सरकार, आबकारी तथा कराधान विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 47/एसटी-2, दिनांक 30 जून, 2017 में निम्नलिखित संषोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्‌ :-

संषोधन

हरियाणा सरकार, आबकारी तथा कराधान विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 47/एसटी-2, दिनांक 30 जून, 2017 में, सारणी में, -

(i) क्रम संख्या 19क के सामने, खाना (5) में, विद्यमान प्रविष्टि में, ''2020'' अंकों के स्थान पर, ''2021'' अंक प्रतिस्थापित किये जाएंगे; तथा

(ii) क्रम संख्या 19ख के सामने, खाना (5) में, विद्यमान प्रविष्टि में, ''2020'' अंकों के स्थान पर, ''2021'' अंक प्रतिस्थापित किये जाएंगे।

2. यह अधिसूचना दिनांक प्रथम अक्तूबर, 2020 से लागू होगी ।

Notification

No. 79/GST-2.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub–sections (3) and (4) of section 9, sub–section (1) of section 11, sub–section (5) of section 15 and section 148 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No. 47/ST–2, dated the 30th June, 2017, namely:–

Amendment

In the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No. 47/ST–2, dated the 30th June, 2017, in the Table,–

(i) against serial number 19A, under column (5), in the existing entry, for the figures "2020", the figures "2021" shall be substituted; and

(ii) against serial number 19B, under column (5), in the existing entry, for the figures "2020", the figures "2021" shall be substituted.

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 1st day of October, 2020.
