क्रमांक 7988/1-एल(सीएचडी).— चूंकि, हरियाणा सरकार के राज्यपाल को यह प्रतीत होता है कि नीचे विनिर्दिष्ट भूमि की सरकार द्वारा, सार्वजनिक व्यय पर एक सार्वजनिक प्रयोजनार्थ पड़ाना ड्रेन बुर्जी नं0 0 से 92000 की उप-बुर्जी 17950 व 28500 (छुटा हुआ रकबा) जो कि सुन्दर सब ब्रांच की बुर्जी नं0 70000-आर. में गिरती है। यह गांव पड़ाना तहसील व जिला जीन्द की भूमि ली जानी अपेक्षित है।
इसके द्वारा अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि नीचे विषिष्टियों में वर्णित भूमि उपरोक्त उद्देष्य हेतू ली जानी अपेक्षित है। यह अधिसूचना भूमि अधिग्रहण अधिनियम, 2013 की धारा-11(1) के तहत उन सभी को सूचना हेतू जारी की जाती है, जिनका इससे सम्बन्ध है।
उपर्युक्त धारा द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इस उपक्रम में इस समय लगे सिचांई एवं जल संसाधन विभाग, हरियाणा के अधिकारियों को, उनके कर्मचारियों व कामगारों सहित इस स्थान की भूमि में प्रवेष करने और सर्वेक्षण करने तथा उक्त धारा द्वारा अपेक्षित या अनुज्ञात अन्य सभी को कार्य करने के लिए इसके द्वारा अधिकृत करते हैं। कोई भी इच्छुक व्यक्ति जिसे भूमि अधिग्रहण हेतु किसी प्रकार की आपति है तो यह अधिसूचना जारी होने के 60 दिन के भीतर, कार्यालय जिला राजस्व अधिकारी एवं भूमि अधिग्रहण कलैक्टर जीन्द में लिखित रूप में अपनी आपतियां दाखिल कर सकतें हैं। HARYANA GOVT. Notification
The 6th October, 2020
No. 7988/1-L.(CHD).— Whereas, it appears to the Governor of Haryana that land specified below is needed urgently by the Government at the public expense, for the public purpose, namely for left out area for existing Padana Drain at RD 17950 and 28500 out falling into Sunder Sub Branch at RD 70000-R in village Padana, Tehsil & Distt. Jind.
It is hereby notified that the land in the area described below is required for the above purpose.
This notification is made under the provision of section-11(1) of Land Acquisition Act, 2013.
In exercise of the power conferred by aforesaid Section, the Governor of Haryana hereby authorizes the officers of Irrigation & Water Resources Department, Haryana with their servants and workmen for the time being engaged in the undertaking to enter upon and survey the land in the area and to do all other Acts required or permitted by that Section.
Any person interested, who has any objection to the acquisition of any land in the area may, within a period sixty days of the publication of this notification in the Official Gazettee, file an objection in writing before the District Revenue Officer-cum-Land Acquisition Collector, Jind.
Plans of the land may be inspected in the office of District Revenue Officer-cum-Land Acquisition Collector Jind and Executive Engineer, Safidon W/S Division Safidon during working day.
