No. 1897-Agri.-II(1)-2020/6439.— The Governor of Haryana is pleased to constitute the District Level Steering Committee (DLSC) under the provision in the Revamped Operational Guidelines of PMFBY for proper conduction of Crop Cutting Experiments under Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY).

1. The term of the Committee will be from Kharif 2020 to Rabi 2022-23.
2. The DLSC will plan, conduct and supervise the CCEs for yield assessment and provide reports of yield data to the Agriculture & Farmers Welfare Department.
3. The DLSC will send their proceedings/minutes etc. to the District Level Monitoring Committee (DLMC) and Joint Director (Statistics) of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare Department, being the Nodal Officer of the State.
4. The DLSC shall also form Electronic/Social Media groups for quick communication.
5. The committee shall meet at least twice in each season to review the conduction of Crop Cutting Experiments.
6. All the members of the committee must fulfill all the responsibilities assigned to them as per the provision of DLSC.
