संख्या 13/15/2010-6टी(1).- हरियाणा मोटरयान कराधान अधिनियम, 2016 (2016 का 24), की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा सरकार, परिवहन विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 13/15/2010-6 परि0(1), दिनांक 29 सितम्बर, 2017 में निम्नलिखित संषोधन करते हैं, अर्थात् :-

हरियाणा सरकार, परिवहन विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या 13/15/2010-6 परि0 (1), दिनांक 29 सितम्बर, 2017 में सारणी में, खाना 1, 2 तथा 3 के नीचे क्रम संख्या 11 तथा उसके सामने प्रविष्टियों के बाद, निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या तथा उसके सामने प्रविष्टि जोड़ी जाएगी, अर्थात् :-
| ''12. | हरियाणा के त्रि-षहरी क्षेत्र अर्थात् पंचकूला में स्थानीय मार्गों पर चलने वाले चण्डीगढ़ परिवहन उपक्रम (सी0टी0यू0) के स्वामित्व वाले वाहन। | षून्य''। |

No. 13/15/2010-6T(1).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Haryana Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 2016 (24 of 2016), the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following amendments in the Haryana Government, Transport Department, notification No. 13/15/2010-6T(1), dated the 29th September, 2017, namely :-
Amendment
In the Haryana Government, Transport Department, notification No. 13/15/2010-6T (1), dated the 29th September, 2017, in the table, under columns 1, 2, 3 after serial number 11 and entries there against, the following serial number and entries there against shall be added, namely :-
| "12. | Vehicles owned by Chandigarh Transport Undertaking (CTU) plying on local routes in Tri-city area of Haryana i.e. Panchkula. | Nil". |
