संख्या 12/157/2020-5क1.- हरियाणा नगरपालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियमावली, 1977 के नियम-10 तथा हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या 12/157/2020-5क1, दिनांक 28 सितम्बर, 2020 के सन्दर्भ में तथा इस सम्बन्ध में पूर्व में सभी जारी आदेशों/अधिसूचनाओं को निरस्त करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा नगर पालिका, कुण्डली, जिला-सोनीपत के वार्डों के परिसीमन हेतु निम्न अनुसार प्रकाशित करते हैं :-

सीमाओं की अनुसूची

वार्ड नं0 01 :- देहली-सोनीपत रोड पर नगरपालिका की उतरी सीमा से आरम्भ होकर रोड के रोड देहली की ओर चलते हुये प्याउ मनियारी चौक तक, प्याउ मनियारी चौक से नरेला रोड पर नरेला की ओर चलते हुये पूजा कम्युनिकेषन षोप के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुये नवचेतना स्कूल के कोने तक, नवचेतना स्कूल से दक्षिण की ओर चलते हुये मनोज के मकान तक, मनोज के मकान से पष्चिम की ओर चलते हुये गंदे नाले तक, उक्त नाले से नाले के साथ- साथ उतर की ओर चलते हुये नगरपालिका की सीमा तक, नगरपालिका की सीमा के रोड उतर-पूर्व में चलते हुये देहली-सोनीपत रोड तक, जो कि आरम्भिक बिन्दू है।

वार्ड नं0 02 :- गली के कोने के खाली प्लाट से आरम्भ होकर पूर्व दिषा की ओर चलते हुये मनोज के मकान तक, मनोज के मकान से उतर दिषा की ओर चलते हुये नवचेतना स्कूल के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से पूर्व दिषा की ओर चलते हुये नरेला रोड के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से नरेला रोड पर नरेला की ओर चलते हुये भीम षर्मा की दुकान तक, भीम षर्मा की दुकान से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुये चन्दूराम के मकान तक, उक्त मकान से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुये मास्टर रामप्रसाद के मकान तक, उक्त मकान से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुये नवीन चौहान के मकान तक, उक्त मकान के रोड उतर दिषा की ओर चलते हुये पेपर मिल के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से पेपर मिल के रोड पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुये जसवन्त चौहान के मकान तक, उक्त मकान से पष्चिम की ओर चलते हुये दाताराम गुप्ता के मकान तक, उक्त मकान से उतर दिषा की ओर चलते हुये खाली प्लाट के कोने तक, जो कि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु है।

वार्ड नं0 07 :- देहली सोनीपत रोड पर नरगपालिका सीमा के संगम से आरम्भ होकर नगरपालिका सीमा के साथ-साथ नांगल रोड को पार करते हुये सीमा के साथ-साथ नहर को पार करके सीमा के साथ-साथ दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुये जांटी रोड के संगम तक, उक्त रोड से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुये निफटम चौक वाले रोड तक, उक्त रोड से उतर दिषा की ओर चलते हुये निफटम चौक तक, उक्त चौक से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुये सुर्या रियल इस्टेट बिल्डिंग के पीछे से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुये अतरी एसोसियटस बिल्डिंग के कोने तक, उक्त बिल्डिंग के सामने से पष्चिम दिषा की ओर चलते हुये देहली सोनीपत रोड के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से रोड पर सोनीपत की ओर चलते हुये नगरपालिका सीमा के संगम तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु है।

वार्ड नं0 08 :- देहली सोनीपत रोड पर निफटम चौक वाले रोड के कोने से आरम्भ होकर पूर्व दिषा की ओर चलते हुये अतरी एसोसियटस के साथ वाली गली से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर चलते हुये सुर्या इस्टेट बिल्डिंग के कोने तक, उक्त कोने से पूर्व दिषा की ओर चलते हुये निफटम चौक तक, उक्त चौके से दक्षिण दिषा की ओर रोड के साथ-साथ चलते हुये, जांटी रोड के संगम तक उक्त रोड पर जांटी की ओर चलते हुये नगरपालिका की सीमा के संगम तक, उक्त संगम से सीमा के साथ-साथ दक्षिण पष्चिम की ओर चलते हुये देहली सोनीपत रोड पर नगरपालिका सीमा के संगम तक उक्त संगम से देहली सोनीपत रोड पर सोनीपत की ओर चलते हुये निफटम चौक वाले रोड के संगम तक, जोकि प्रारम्भिक बिन्दु है।

No. 12/157/2020-5C1.- In pursuance of the provisions of Rule-10 of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Ward Rules, 1977 and with reference to Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department notification no. 12/157/2020-5C1, dated 28th September, 2020 and in supersession of all previous orders/notifications issued in this behalf, the Governor of Haryana hereby publish the delimitation of the wards of Municipal Committee, Kundli, District–Sonepat as under :–

Schedule of Boundaries

Ward No. 01 :– Starting point of northern side of MC Boundary at Delhi-Sonipat Road, along with road up to Pyau-Maniyari Chowk, Now from Pyau-Maniyari Chowk on Narela road up to the corner of Pooja communication shop, Now from this point towards western side up to Navchetna school corner, Now from Navchetna school corner towards southern side up to Manoj house, Now from Manoj house towards western side up to Nala, now along with Nala towards northern side up to MC boundary, Now along with MC boundary towards north-eastern side up to Delhi-Sonipat road MC boundary which is the starting point.
