दिनांक 10 नवम्बर, 2020
संख्या पी. एफ.-46/2020/19820.- हरियाणा नगरीय क्षेत्र विकास तथा विनियमन (द्वितीय संषोधन तथा विधिमान्यकरण) अधिनियम, 2020 की धारा 1 की उप-धारा (2) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि को ऐसी तिथि के रूप में नियत करते हैं, जिससे उक्त अधिनियम के उपबन्ध लागू होंगे ।

No. PF-46/2020/19820.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas (Second Amendment and Validation) Act, 2020 (17 of 2020), the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette to be the date on which the provisions of the Act shall come into force.
