No. 320(18)/Notification/Bye-Elec.2020/2AE-5492.— In pursuance of the provisions of Section 67 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the following declarations containing the name of the candidate elected in the Constituency, referred to therein, of the Haryana Legislative Assembly are published for general information.
DECLARATIONS
33-बरोदा विधानसभा क्षेत्र से हरियाणा (राज्य) की विधानसभा के लिए उप चुनाव।
जनप्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 की धारा 66 में निहित प्रावधानों के अनुपालन में चुनाव नियम, 1961 के नियम 64 के साथ पढ़ा गया, मैं घोषणा करता हूं कि श्री इन्दु राज, गांव रिण्ढाणा, तहसील - गोहाना, जिला सोनीपत, इंडियन नेषनल काँग्रेस द्वारा प्रायोजित,
उस सदन में,
श्री कृष्ण हुड्डा के निधन के कारण 33-बरोदा विधानसभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र का स्थान रिक्ति हो जाने के कारण हुई रिक्ति को भरने के लिए साम्यक रूप से निर्वाचित हो गए हैं।

DECLARATIONS
Election of the Legislative Assembly of Haryana State from-33-Baroda Assembly constituency.
In pursuance of the provisions contained in section 66 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 read with rule 64 of the Conduct of Elections Rules, 1961, I declare that SH. INDU RAJ, VILLAGE RINDHANA TEHSIL GOHANA, SONIPAT sponsored by INDIAN NATIONAL CONGRESS has been duly elected to fill the vacancy caused in that House by the death of Shri Krishan Hooda seat of 33-Baroda Assembly Constituency having become vacant.
