1. This notification amends the Policy for Purchase of Land Voluntarily offered to Government for Development Projects Policy, 2020.
2. Annexure 'C' of the Policy shall be substituted as under :–

Note.— The Minister-in-charge of the Indenting Department and the Administrative Secretary of the Indenting Department shall be co-opted as members.
