क्रमांक 1887-कृृषि. II (1)-2020/7396.- हरियाणा के राज्यपाल केन्द्रीय गोदाम असंध, बरही, भिवानी, चरखी दादरी, फतेहाबाद, गोहाना, गुरूग्राम, हिसार, इन्द्री, जगाधरी, कैथल, करनाल-ा, करनाल-ााा, कुंडली, कुरूक्षेत्र, लाडवा, मंडी आदमपुर, नारायणगढ़, नरवाना, रोहतक, सिरसा, सोनीपत, टोहाना और उकलाना को सैन्ट्रल वेयरहाउसिंग कॉरपोरेषन के व्यापार क्षेत्र को धारा-2(एम) किसान, उत्पाद, व्यापार एवं वाणिज्य (पदोन्नति एवं सुविधा) अधिनियम- 2020 जहां किसान उत्पाद वाणिज्य किया जा सके, को अधिसूचित करते हैं।
इस अधिनियम की धारा 6 के अनुसार किसी भी राज्य एपीएमसी अधिनियम या किसी अन्य राज्य के कानून के तहत कोई भी बाजार शुल्क और उपकर या लेवी जो भी नाम से कहा जाता है, किसी भी अनुसूचित जाति किसान, व्यापारी या इलेक्ट्रानिक ट्रेडिंग और व्यापार एवं वाणिज्य के लिए लेनदेन मंच पर जोकि केन्द्रीय गोदामों को व्यापार क्षेत्र पर नहीं ली जाएगी, को अधिसूचित करते हैं।

Notification
The 20th November, 2020
No. 1887-Agri. II (1)-2020/7396.— The Governor of Haryana is pleased to notify the Central Warehouses i.e. (Assandh, Barhi, Bhiwani, Charki Dadri, Fatehabad, Gohana, Gurugram, Hisar, Indri, Jagadhri, Kaithal, Karnal-I, Karnal-III, Kundli, Kurukshetra, Ladwa, Mandi Adampur, Naraingarh, Narwana, Rohtak, Sirsa, Sonipat, Tohana and Uklana) of Central Warehousing Corporation as Trade Area under Section 2(m) of the Farmers Produce Trade and Commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Act-2020 from where Trade of farmers produce may be undertaken. As per the Section 6 of this Act no market fee and cess or levy, by whatever name called, under any State APMC Act or any other State law, shall be levied on any Farmers or Trader of Electronic Trading and transaction platform for trade and commerce in scheduled farmers produce in the Central Warehouses notified as a trade area.
