संख्या 18/148/2020-3क1.- हरियाणा नगर पालिका अधिनियम, 1973 (1973 का अधिनियम 24) की धारा 9 की उप-धारा (2), धारा 10 की उप-धारा (1), (2), (3), (4), (7) व (8) व हरियाणा नगर पालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियमावली, 1977 के नियम 7 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा सरकार, शहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या 18/173/2020-3क1, दिनांक 18 सितम्बर, 2020 के अनुसरण में तथा हरियाणा नगर पालिका वार्ड परिसीमन नियमावली, 1977 के नियम 10 के उपबन्धों के अधीन हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा सदस्यों के प्रयोजन के लिए 13 वार्डों में से नगर पालिका, ईस्माइलाबाद की सीटें निम्नलिखित रूप से आबंटित करते हैं :-
13 वार्डों में से 02 वार्ड क्रम संख्या 01 व 02 अनुसूचित जाति के लिये आरक्षित होंगे, जिनमें से वार्ड संख्या 02 अनुसूचित जाति की महिला के लिये आरक्षित होगा। वार्ड संख्या 11 व 12 पिछड़े वर्ग के लिये आरक्षित होेंगे तथा वार्ड संख्या 03, 04, 06 व 08 महिलाओं के लिये आरक्षित होंगे।

No. 18/148/2020-3C1.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (2) of Section-9, Sub-sections (1), (2), (3), (4), (7) and (8) of Section-10 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 (Act 24 of 1973) and Rule 7 of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Ward Rules, 1977, in continuation of the Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department Notification No. 18/148/2020-3C1, dated 18th September, 2020 and in pursuance of the provisions of Rule 10 of the Haryana Municipal Delimitation of Ward Rules, 1977, the Governor of Haryana hereby allots the seats of Municipal Committee, Ismailabad amongst 13 wards for the purpose of election of members in the said municipality as follows :–
Out of 13 wards, 02 wards viz. ward numbers 01 and 02 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes, out of which ward numbers 02 shall be reserved for the members belonging to the Scheduled Castes Women, ward numbers 11 and 12 shall be reserved for members belonging to the Backward Classes and ward numbers 03, 04, 06 and 08 shall be reserved for Women.
