No. GA/3/2020/4952-54.— As per the Govt. instruction/Authorization issued vide letter No. 21/3/2000-3JJ(1), dated 14.05.2018. In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub–section (i) Section 20 of the Code of Criminal procedure 1973, I, Sanjay Joon, IAS, Commissioner, Faridabad Division, Faridabad hereby appoints the following officers as Executive Magistrates w.e.f. 09.12.2020 to 09.06.2021 to cope with the requirement of maintaining of Law & Order in Palwal District in public interest :–
