दिनांक 18 दिसम्बर, 2020
संख्या 3/33/2020-3एफ०एस०.-उपभोक्ता संरक्षण अधिनियम, 2019 (2019 का केन्द्रीय अधिनियम 35) की धारा 32 के खंड (ख) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, जिला उपभोक्ता विवाद निवारण आयोग, फरीदाबाद के अध्यक्ष को नये अध्यक्ष की नियमित नियुक्ति होने तक उनके अपने कार्यों के अतिरिक्त नीचे दी गई अनुसूची के खाना 4 में वर्णित जिला आयोग के अध्यक्ष की शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने तथा —त्यों का निर्वहन करने के निर्देष देते है, अर्थात् :-

No. 3/33/2020-3FS.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of Section 32 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (Central Act, 35 of 2019), the Governor of Haryana hereby directs the President of the District Consumer Redressal Commission, Faridabad to exercise the powers and discharge the functions as President of the District Commission specified in column 4 of the Schedule given below in addition to his duties till the regular appointment of new President namely:–
