संख्या का० आ० 60/ह० अ० 25/2008/धा० 92/2020.- हरियाणा पुलिस अधिनियम, 2007 (2008 का 25) की धारा 92 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, पंजाब पुलिस नियम, 1934, हरियाणा राज्यार्थ, को आगे संशोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्् :-
1. ये नियम पंजाब पुलिस (हरियाणा संशोधन) नियम, 2020 कहे जा सकते हैं।
2. पंजाब पुलिस नियम, 1934 में, नियम 12.15 (1) में, परन्तुक में,-
(i) अंत में विद्यमान "।" चिह््न के स्थान पर, "ः" चिह््न प्र्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा; तथा
(ii) निम्नलिखित परन्तुक रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्् :-
"परन्तु यह और कि आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग से संबंधित उम्मीदवारों को ऊपरी आयु सीमा में पाँच वर्ष की छूट दी जाएगी।"।

Notification
The 29th December, 2020
No. S.O. 60/H.A. 25/2008/S. 92/2020.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 92 of the Haryana Police Act, 2007 (25 of 2008), the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Punjab Police Rules, 1934 in their application to the State of Haryana, namely:-
1. These rules may be called the Punjab Police (Haryana Amendment) Rules, 2020.
2. In the Punjab Police Rules, 1934, in rule 12.15 (1), in the proviso,-
(i) for the sign "." existing at the end, the sign ":" shall be substituted ; and
(ii) the following proviso shall be inserted, namely :-
"Provided further that for candidates belonging to the Economically Weaker Section, relaxation of upper age limit of five years shall be given.".
