संख्या 18/131/2019-3क1.- हरियाणा नगर पालिका अधिनियम, 1973 की धारा 22 द्वारा प्रदान की गई शक्तियों तथा इस निमित उन्हें समर्थ बनाने वाली सभी अन्य शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा हरियाणा सरकार (षहरी स्थानीय निकाय विभाग) के आदेष क्रमांक 18/131/2019-3क1, दिनांक 28.12.2020 के अनुषरण में, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल इसके द्वारा, श्रीमती रीना गर्ग पत्नी श्री सुरेन्द्र कुमार, वार्ड नं० 14, महेन्द्रगढ को आदेष क्रमांक 18/131/2019-3क1, दिनांक 28.12.2020 जारी करने की तिथि से प्रधान, नगर पालिका, महेन्द्रगढ के पद से हटाने बारे अधिसूचित करते हैं।

No.18/131/2019-3C1.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 22 of the Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 and all other powers enabling him in this behalf and in pursuance of Haryana Government, Urban Local Bodies Department Order No. 18/131/2019-3C1, dated 28.12.2020 the Governor of Haryana hereby notifies the removal of Smt. Reena Garg from the post of President of the Municipal Committee, Mahendergarh with effect from the date of orders issued vide No. 18/131/2019-3C1, dated 28.12.2020.
