संख्या सा०का०नि० 1/संवि०/अनु० 309/2021.-भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, हरियाणा के राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा, हरियाणा में सहायक आयुक्तों, अतिरिक्त सहायक आयुक्तों तथा अतिरिक्त सहायक आयुक्तों के पद के लिए उम्मीदवारों की विभागीय परीक्षा नियमों, जो हरियाणा सरकार अधिसूचना संख्या सा०का०नि० 20/संवि०/अनु० 309/73, दिनांक 02 फरवरी, 1973 को पुनः प्रकाषित हुए थे, को आगे संषोधित करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :-

हरियाणा सरकार, सामान्य प्रषासन (सेवाएं) विभाग, अधिसूचना संख्या सा0का0नि0 20/संवि0/अनु 309/73, दिनांक 02 फरवरी, 1973 में,-
1. नियम 1 के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित नियम प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात् :-
''1. सहायक आयुक्तों, अतिरिक्त सहायक आयुक्ताें तथा अतिरिक्त सहायक आयुक्तों के पद के लिए उम्मीदवारों की विभागीय परीक्षा वर्ष में तीन बार अप्रैल, जुलाई और नवम्बर के महीनों में की जाएगी । सही तिथियां परीक्षा से पहले हरियाणा सरकार राजपत्र में अधिसूचित करते हुए होंगी।''।
2. नियम 9 के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित नियम प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात् :-
''9. किसी भी उम्मीदवार को देवनागरी लिपि में हिन्दी में तब तक उत्तीर्ण घोषित नहीं किया जाएगा, जब तक वह परीक्षा में कम से कम आधे अंक प्राप्त नहीं करता। तीन-चौथाई अंक प्राप्त करने वाले उम्मीदवार को क्रेडिट के साथ उत्तीर्ण घोषित किया जाएगा। उम्मीदवार को एक ही समूह में और एक ही परीक्षा में सभी पेपरों में उपस्थित होना होगा और प्रत्येक पेपर में व्यक्तिगत रूप से अधिकतम अंकों का कम से कम एक तिहाई प्राप्त करना होगा, इसके अतिरिक्त समूह में उत्तीर्ण होने के लिए अधिकतम अंको। का 50% प्राप्त करना होगा।
व्याख्या- इन नियमों के प्रयोजनों के लिए, आपराधिक कानून के हिस्से का जेलों के विषय से संबंधित तृतीय पेपर को भी एक स्वतंत्र पेपर माना जाएगा।''।

No. G.S.R. 1/Const./Art. 309/2021. –In exercise of the powers conferred by the provision to article 309 of the constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana, here by makes the following rules further to amend the rules for Departmental Examination of Assistant Commissioners, Extra Assistant Commissioners and candidates for the Post of Extra Assistant Commissioners in Haryana as re-published in Haryana Government, General Administration (Services) Department, notification No. GSR20/Const./Art. 309/73, dated the 2nd February, 1973, namely :-
AMENDMENT
In the Haryana Government, General Administration (Services) Department, notification No. GSR.20/ Const./ Art. 309/73, dated the 2nd February, 1973,-
1. For rule 1, the following rule shall be substituted, namely :-
"1. A Departmental Examination of Assistant Commissioners, Extra Assistant Commissioners and the candidates for the post of Extra Assistant Commissioners shall be held thrice in a year in the months of April, July and November, the exact dates being notified before hand in the Haryana Government Gazette.";
2. For rule 9, the following rule shall be substituted, namely :-
"9. No candidate shall be declared to have passed in Hindi in Devnagri Script unless he obtains at least half marks in the examination. A candidate obtaining three-fourth marks shall be declared to have passed with credit. A candidate shall have to appear in all the papers in a Group in one and the same examination and shall obtain at least one third of the maximum marks in each paper individually, besides the requisite marks in aggregate for passing the Group should be 50%."
Explanation.— For the purposes of these rules, the part of criminal law, 3rd paper relating to the subject of Jails shall also be treated as an independent paper.".
