Shri Abhay Singh Chautala, M.L.A., who was elected as a member to the Haryana Legislative Assembly from 46– Ellenabad Assembly Constituency, has resigned his seat in the Haryana Legislative Assembly vide his letter dated 27th January, 2021 which has been accepted by the Hon’ble Speaker, Haryana Vidhan Sabha on dated 27th January, 2021. Consequent upon the acceptance of the resignation of Shri Abhay Singh Chautala, M.L.A., one seat namely, 46–Ellenabad Assembly Constituencey in the Haryana Vidhan Sabha has fallen vacant with effect from the 27th January, 2021.

No. HVS-LA-49/2021/2.— It is hereby notified that Shri Abhay Singh Chautala, M.L.A., who was elected as a member to the Haryana Legislative Assembly from 46– Ellenabad Assembly Constituency, has resigned his seat in the Haryana Legislative Assembly vide his letter dated 27th January, 2021 which has been accepted by the Hon'ble Speaker, Haryana Vidhan Sabha on dated 27th January, 2021.
