No. 7/100/2012-1HB-II.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (4) of Section 3 of the Punjab Homoeopathic Practitioners Act, 1965 (Act 16 of 1965), the Governor of Haryana hereby nominates Dr. Harparkash Sharma, # 12-A, Shastri Colony, Ambala Cantt. as Chairman of the Council of Homoeopathic System of Medicine, Haryana, Panchkula with immediate effect.
