अधिसूचना
दिनांक 9 फरवरी, 2021
क्रमांक 867 .- हालांकि, यह हरियाणा के राज्यपाल के लिए प्रतीत होता है कि जनता के लिए सार्वजनिक खर्च, अर्थात् कॉन्सग के लिए सरकार तत्काल निर्दिष्ट भूमि की आवष्यकता है। गारणपुरा कलां से ष्याहड़वा रोड गांव गारणपुरा कलां तहसील तोषाम जिला भिवानी की एक सड़क।
इस प्रकार यह अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि उपर्युक्त उद्देष्य के लिए नीचे वर्णित क्षेत्र में भूमि आवष्यक है। भूमि अधिग्रहण अधिनियम 2013 की धारा 11 (1) के तहत एक अधिसूचना पहले से निर्दिष्ट अनुसार भूमि अधिग्रहण के लिए दिनांकित 10 मार्च, 2020 दिनांकित अधिसूचना के अनुसार हरियाणा सरकार ग संख्या 864 में प्रकाषित हो चुकी है। इस प्रकार यह घोषित किया जाता है कि उपरोक्त उद्देष्य के लिए विनिर्देष ब्ल्लों में वर्णित भूमि आवष्यक है। यह घोषणा भूमि अधिग्रहण अधिनियम 2013 की धारा-19 के प्रावधान के तहत बनाई गई धारा-24 उपधारा 1(1) के तहत भूमि अधिग्रहण पुनर्वास और पुनर्वास निष्पक्ष अधिनियम, 2013 की धारा-24 के साथ पढ़ी गई है। भूमि अधिग्रहण कलैक्टर लोक निर्माण विभाग बी एंड आर ब्रांच भिवानी को धारा-24 अधिग्रहण पुनर्वास और पुनर्वास निष्पक्ष अधिनियम 2013 के साथ धारा-24 के तहत भूमि अधिग्रहण अधिनियम 2013 के अनुसार आदेष लेने का निर्देष दिया गया है। भूमि अधिग्रहण कलैक्टर लोक निर्माण विभाग बी० एंड आर० षाखा भिवानी और कार्यकारी अभियन्ता, प्रान्तीय मण्डल भिवानी के कार्यालयों में भूमि की योजना का निरीक्षण किया जा सकता है। पी०डब्ल्यू०डी० (बी० एंड आर० डिवीजन), भिवानी।

Notification
The 9th February, 2021
No. 867.—Whereas, it appears to the Governor of Haryana that the land specified below in needed urgently to the Government, at Public expenses for the public purpose, namely constructing a road from Garanpura Kalan to Shahrawa, Village Garanpura Kalan, Tehsil Tosham, District Bhiwani.
It is hereby notified that the land in the area described below is required for the above purpose.
A notification is under Section 11(1) of the Land Acquisition Act, 2013 has already been published in the Haryana Government Gazette vide No. 864 on dated 10.03.2020 vide notification a declaration made for acquisition of land as specified below.
It is herewith declared that the land in described in the specification below is required for the aforesaid purpose.
This declaration is made under the provision of Under Section-19 of the Land Acquisition Act, 2013 read with Section 24 of Land Acquisition rehabilitation and resettlement impartial Act, 2013 under Section 24 Sub–section 1(1) . The Land Acquisition Collector, Public Works Department B & R Br., Bhiwani is hereby directed to take order as per Land Acquisition Act 2013 under section 24 with read the Section Land Acquisition rehabilitation and resettlement impartial Act 2013.
Plan of the land may be inspected in the office of Land Acquisition Collector, Public Works Department (Building and Roads Branch) Bhiwani and the Executive Engineer Provl. Division PWD (B&R Branch), Bhiwani.
