Notification

The 10th February, 2021

No. MS/HSLSA/3(18)/939.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 8 A of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 (Central Act, 39 of 1987), the Haryana State Legal Services Authority hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification No. MS/HSLSA/3(18) dated 20th April, 1998 of the High Court Legal Services Committee to exercise the powers and perform the functions conferred or assigned under the Act :-

1. In the Notification No. MS/HSLSA/3(18) dated 20th April, 1998 as amended vide notification No. MS/HSLSA/3(18)/7245 dated 12.10.2020, the following entry shall be substituted in place of "Chairman" and Hon'ble Mr. Justice S. N. Satyanarayana, Judge, Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh.

Hon'ble Mr. Justice Jitendra Chauhan, Judge, Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh w.e.f. 15.01.2021.
